The location doesn't quite match the description, but it's still easy to find, due to the clear number 18. The location has a view of the sea. We had a storm and that was beautiful views over the sea. The accommodation is very clean and the host Ermioni is friendly and thoughtful. We had a problem with the ferry, storm, and could easily check out later at no extra charge. It's a really nice stay.

very cozy apartment directly on the beach with a wonderful sea. air conditioning working very well, no problems with water/hot water. Tanja always very kind all the time even if she is in south Africa. I really recommend her apartment and Tanja as a friendly and serious host

A pleasant stay, great location for those like us who have rented a car to get around the island. Close to the main amenities including the supermarket within a 10-minute walk or a 3-minute drive and the city's sea, which can be reached on foot in about 10/15 minutes, the city of Rhodes is only a 10-minute drive away. Your highlight? The balcony is great for those like us who love tranquility, staying and eating out in summer (the apartment is on the street side but I can assure you that you don't hear the slightest noise!). In addition, the accommodation is equipped with an air conditioner, which on the hottest days is a lifeline! Another plus is flexible check-in/ check-out great for those like us who arrive too late or too early, and pro active and kind host. Finally, it was really a pleasure staying here, it's definitely an experience to repeat!

The apartment was big and cozy, the surroundings calm and quiet. The family was very friendly and welcoming. We enjoyed our stay, recommended!

Sir Bill is a great man and soo kind I advise everyone need to come Rodos to contact sir bill and the flat is very nice you’ll fine what you need inside it also there is a mini market beside it and near to old town and Mandraki port

Elias is a most helpful and responsive host. The appartment has a lovely view of the sea and it is great to be able to walk under ten minutes to the beach in beach attire. The only downside is that even though the appartment is very spacious, there are only two bedrooms and the third sleeping area is in the sitting room right next to the bathroom so one of our sons was disturbed by nightime visits to the toilet. But overall this is a delightful place to stay.

Filippos is a very helpful and kind host. His studio appartments are very comfortable ,clean and have everything you need for a holiday by the sea. The view from the terrace is beautiful and the bed is really comfy and long enough for a tall dutchman!!!

The beautiful apartment we stayed in was clean, quiet, spacious and as described. The hosts couldn’t do enough for us and the homemade moussaka was the best meal we had all holiday! The pool area was clean and peaceful and was a great addition to the stay. We would come back again.

Ooooh Mary and George, I cannot say enough good things about our stay . Then simple act of having a welcome basket to another gift of sweet left in out unit. These thoughtful little gestures are so forgotten these days. And for us it so much appreciated. Fresh towels and linen was always available if needed.The courtyard was so peaceful even though you're in town. Thank you every so kindly for hosting us. I highly recommend staying with George and Mary. I think the art of hosting has been lost as we live in such a busy world, but you have kept it going. Efharisto!

The place was absolutely lovely, self check-in went super easy, and our host was really friendly and helpful. The apartment is at a great location, the neighborhood wasn’t busy at all, it was well suitable for a good night’s sleep despite being 2 minutes of walking away from the bar street. We would definitely go back in a heartbeat if we were to travel to Rhodes again.

Where do I start?! We never wanted to leave; that’s how at home we felt during our stay. We had a late check in due to our flight which was absolutely no issue at all, Marios was so understanding of this and had his wonderful father greet us. I have never experienced such a lovely, well informed and kind host! He walked us through the entire apartment and gave us all the information we needed, anything else that we might need we could just message Marios and he would reply almost immediately every single time, the communication was next to none. The house is stunning, just like the photos and feels secure and safe. It’s quite well connected for supermarkets and restaurants and the kitchen is well equipped with everything you would need to cook for yourself. The only feedback is that we had a few issues with the hot water, it wasn’t always hot and we had to take quite a few cold baths. That being said we had reported this issues to Marios and he was very helpful. HIGHLY recommend!

Stefanakis's Airbnb was the best stay during our entire Greece tour. The place has it all - modern amenities, unbeatable location, and most importantly a very responsive and friendly host. Highly recommended.

Ioannis was a great host and I wouldn't expect something more - fast responsive to my messages, flexible check-in and an incredible welcome. He was there to welcome us and provide us with clear instructions about the usage of the equipment. He also offered us some fresh fruits, which was very much appreciated by my family. With regards to the house, it's a very nice place; very well equipped, peaceful, next to the beach and very close to great bars & restaurants. Next time I'll visit the Rhodes island, I won't hesitate it all to book the same place!

We had a wonderful time! The flat is even better than in the pictures. The pool with the view is just incredible. Bed is comfy and the Communication was super easy and helpful. The area is also great and quiet with good options to eat. Thank you and we will come back!

We can’t thank Irene enough for such a wonderful stay in such an idyllic place. Irene herself was an incredible host who went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. She also was super helpful and gave lots of great recommendations for places to see and is happy to help with hire cars/reservations. The apartment was absolutely spotless, with everything you might need and the extras of the pool and hot tub made the stay really special! The complex is very quiet and you often have the pool to yourself. Location to the airport was ideal and we enjoyed spotting the planes above but once you are inside you can’t even hear them! Definitely don’t let that put you off! There are some lovely authentic restaurants only a 10 minute walk away as well as supermarkets and takeaways. This place is a hidden gem and is definitely the place if you a looking for both a relaxing holiday and a great base to explore the island from. Thank you Irene and Georgios!

We stayed here for our honeymoon and it was the perfect place. The location is beautiful with some of the best restaurants walking distance from the house. Stella met us at the square and walked us around the town telling us where to eat etc and she was always quick to reply with any questions we had. I would recommend to stay here 100% and we cannot wait to come back.
