Vacation rentals with a balcony in Seville

A large and very comfortable apartment right in Barrio Santa Cruz central to everything! Countless bars, restaurants, cafes, shops, winding alleys and streets all right there. The living room has a nice small balcony that looks right over the alley and is perfect for morning coffee and people watching. But the bedroom is tucked away in the back away from the street so it's very quiet - plus they had lots of extra pillows! They had a well stocked kitchen, lots of seating areas (including a dining room table that was great for working remotely) and a luxurious bathroom and shower. I would absolutely stay here again.

We enjoyed staying in Carlos's apartment. The contact in advance with co-host Susana was pleasant and our arrival was very smooth. The apartment is large enough for two people and equipped with all the comforts. In addition, the apartment is perfectly located in relation to sights and nice terraces and restaurants. Despite its central location, there is no noise from outside.

Great apartment, certainly with the best view of Seville, great communication, they helped us with many things and attended to all our doubts, it could improve the cleanliness of some furniture but in general great highly recommended experience

Nice apartment, a little far from the city center but easily accessible on foot (25 min from the cathedral). It is as described, the host is responsive and offers several services to improve the stay

Highly suggest, with all amenities you might need for a longer stay but perfect for just a few nights. Not far from streets of Seville and short walk to all attractions. Parking included was so clutch, can’t say enough good things.

Absolutely beautiful home in a perfect part of Sevilla. Really close to everything, just walk from the front door. The house itself is very large and beautifully designed and decorated. We didn’t cook much as there are so many restaurants nearby but anything we needed we found in the house, pots and pans, good knives, an iron etc… We were a group of 4 friends and loved it, would wholeheartedly recommend.

Manuel was easy to communicate with. The flat itself is a beautiful old Spanish home with antique furniture and tiles. And it’s set in an idyllic part of Sevilla with beautiful side roads. You are close to quite a few local shops and restaurants and within walking distance of other neighborhoods in the city. It was still a bit chilly for us in March so the heaters came handy. The overall space worked great for our group of 10.

It was a beautiful home to stay in and because it was a home it had all the facilities we needed. It was in a quiet location in large grounds but close to Seville and easy access to other places with a car. We really enjoyed our stay and Mercedes was very helpful and communicated everything we needed.

Massive villa, was beautiful. Very comfortable, approx €14 Uber into centre. Lovely pool and fully stocked kitchen. Quiet neighbourhood. Would highly recommend for groups or big families.

Rocio's place was wonderful and she was a very friendly host providing local information and tips on restaurants, museums etc. The property is centrally located in the old town which meant that everything was easily walkable. The roof patio, solarium and pool are great extras and we spent quite a lot of time, especially in the evenings.
