This house is perfect for any traveler looking for tranquility, lots of green nature and at the same time proximity to Puerto Banus, Puente Romano and Marbella. Modern House with large pool!

A very nice and spacious town house in a gated community with a beautiful swimming pool. Ideal for a nice family holiday! The house is located 750meters from the beach and has a supermarket, shops and many restaurants on walking distance. Marbella and Estepona are 14 minutes by car. Plenty of Padel, tennis and Golf courses in the neighborhood. The beautiful house which was completely renovated (including air conditioning) end 2021 is located on a gated urbanization with its own tennis court!
