Prime location

room is exactly the same as the photos, AC is cool at night but warm at mid day. the only thing that bother us is there is so many small ants in the room. other than that, everything is okay

It was a very nice stay at Pier's place. Flat was clean. Location is very central - close to most places you'll ever want to see. He was very friendly. Checkin was smooth.

Fantastic home at great value. We always stay at Taman Anggrek Residences when we visit Jakarta and have stayed at about 6 AirBnB rentals in the area, and Kho's apartment is by far the best in terms of the combination of price + quality. Needless to say, we love the area, the buildings are modern and well situated. Kho is very friendly and responsive to any situation that may arise, which is super helpful! We heartily recommend Kho's home to any visitor in the future.

Skolastica's place is comfortable, quiet, and really great for a weekend getaway. The drinkable tap water in particular is great if you're from overseas. Recommend!

My stay was great, the place is clean and comfortable, and my host is warm and clear in communicating the directions. I really like how the room is efficiently arrange, and the facilities around the tower is also good; there is a 24hr minimarket nearby. Overall I had a really pleasant time during my stay.

Stayed here for 2nd time. Still great same experience. Host also very attentive to our request, give prompt response and action which is super helpful. Room was super clean & smell great. The garden still splendid as before. Looking forward for us to stay here again.

If your location is Kemang, this is probably the best bet. Great value for money, safe, secure apartment with a great responsive team. Comfortable bed, big windows and a good view (minus the dump being cleaned up next door). Would definitely pick this place again.
