Vacation rentals with a home theatre in Seine-Saint-Denis

I had a great time at Sebastien and Elise's apartment! The accommodation is very bright, with a modern and neat design, it offers a pleasant and warm living environment. The proximity to the metro is a real plus for getting around Paris easily. The accommodation is a 10 minute walk to Canal St Martin and Canal de l 'Ourcq, perfect for strolling or relaxing. The Pajol halls, further up the street, are convenient for drinks or eating. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-located space!

Apartment is exactly as described: spacious, clean, practical and within walking distance to all useful amenities. Perfect location to get into the centre of Paris quickly. Isabelle was very friendly and even went out of her way to welcome us into the flat because of our late arrival. We absolutely loved our stay at Isabelle's place and will definitely contact her again if/when we come back to Chelles. Highly recommend.

We had a lovely stay at Florian’s apartment! It’s a beautiful space, exactly as described and as shown in the photos. The instructions Florian gave us on how to check in etc were very detailed and on point, plus he would check in on us to make sure everything was ok. Overall, it was a great stay and Florian is an amazing host. Would definitely recommend! :)

Great place with vibrant atmosphere. Large well furnished kitchen and a wonderful living room space. The ambient lighting and large projector were a lovely addition to the living space. Paired with a great sound system, it transformed the living space into a cinema like atmosphere. Would definitely book again if I had the chance to go to Paris.

We had a great few days in Gregory’s place. The view from the apartment is fabulous and even better from the rooftop pool area. We even got to watch the 14th July celebration fireworks from the top! The location of the apartment is terrific on Bld Arago with a supermarket and boulangerie very close by, plus it’s well connected to bus and metro. We liked the 13th arrondissement which was calm but not far from all that central Paris has to offer. Gregory was a responsive, flexible host who welcomed us warmly into his home. Overall a great place to stay.

The apartment is exceptional! Charlotte is lovely and communicative and left clear and easy instructions. The neighborhood is convenient and has everything you could want or need !

This warm and cozy apartment was within walking distance to bus, rail, grocery markets, restaurants and more. The kitchen, while tiny, was functional and had everything we needed. We were 2 couples and found both the bed and fold out sofa very comfortable! Note that when there are 2 couples, the lounge becomes a 2nd generously sized bedroom and no longer a functional lounge. This was perfect for our needs as we only used the apartment to occasionally eat, sleep& change to go adventuring 😊 As for parking, outside the flat there's some free blue lined areas for evenings only until 9am. However if you head to the side streets near the train station, there are white lined (or no lined) sections with free parking. We did this on our first morning (15min walk) & left it there for our stay. The apartment, while a little worn, was perfectly priced for what it does offer. The host was friendly, helpful & a great communicator. We would happily use this apartment again if we go back to Paris!

Our host (we were in communications with Philippe) was very friendly and always responsive whenever we had any questions, prior to the stay as well as during. Instructions given to check in was very clear & seamless. The apartment was well stocked from kitchen utensils and cooking needs, to the toilet being provided with amenities (even for baby!). Wifi was very fast. We loved the cozy apartment and it was just nice for us (2 adults & 1 toddler). Very safe for the little one to run around. Lift leading up to the apartment was quite small but it wasn’t a problem as we just made a few trips for all the luggages (stroller has to be folded) Location is very easy to get an uber, and walkable to the Eiffel tower. Plenty of eateries around if you don’t want to cook, and a proper supermarket just across if you do want to cook (has baby needs as well!) The apartment was just as shown in the pictures - beautiful and cozy. Would definitely recommend!

It was a pleasure to stay at Josefa's beautiful home- the perfect retreat to come home to after a long day exploring the sights of Paris! We loved staying in Montreuil - being from London it was comforting to us that we stayed in a multiculturally diverse neighbourhood. We felt safe throughout our time here. The house is well insulated from noise and the air conditioning kept us constantly comfortable whenever we needed it. Our family had a wonderful time here- and we created lasting memories and bonds. We hope to be back in the near future! Thank you Josefa!

Lovely place. As described. Few points to note: pool table difficult to play as the room was too small; although it doubled up as a dining table. Stairs are really steep so take care.

The place had everything a larger group needs for a longer stay. Very clean with plenty of space. Only a 5 minute walk to the metro line.

A studio located in a secure courtyard, which is very nice. There's free parking on the surrounding streets. There is correct wifi. The studio is fully equipped, nothing missing. I had a perfect week of work there, was able to rest from my days and attack the next ones in shape. I highly recommend this place. Thanks to Caroline & her husband.

it's a very nicely furnished and comfortable house, with tons of space and very high end appliances and TV. the hosts were very responsive. we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Our stay was superb! Very close to all the attractions, metro, restaurants! Beds are comfortable , fully equipped kitchen. We felt like home away from home! Definitely recommend!!!

This was an absolutely charming way to spend a week in Paris for 2 people. We were in town for a wedding at Hotel Le Meurice (only 450m away) which made it very convenient to get there. The Louvre is steps away, as well as many other sites and monuments within 2km. There’s also easy access to trains and busses, as well as more than plentiful shops and restaurants outside your door. We had access to everything we needed including a small grocer, a pharmacy and a wine store all just across the street. Checking in with Sandra was quite simple. Pascale provides a direct contact with her on your phone and she will update you when the place is ready and greet you upon arrival with keys and instructions . Just make sure you let her know accurately when you think you’ll arrive. She’s also great at responding with any questions on the unit. Amenities are pretty straight forward as described in the listing. The kitchenette is pretty suitable for keeping food, making espresso and minimal coo

Very good pleasant welcome, it's really to be recommended , easy to access , close to the Porte de Versailles 10mn walk , local restaurant, bakery 80 meters for the extra morning. All equipped That's perfect .

Grégory was very proactive in communicating directions and helped us in person to check-in, so getting there was very easy. As a lot of reviews mentioned, the place was even better than the pictures, the Eiffel Tower view was beautiful, flat was spacious, warm and cozy and we really enjoyed spending time there after sightseeing in the cold. All electric appliances are high quality and very comfortable stay. Grégory also helped us keep our luggage after check out too, overall a great stay, would love to come back!

Yasmina's place is perfect for a stay in Paris less than 10 minutes from the metro and a bus stop is in front of the apartment. Yasmina is very welcoming and very friendly . I would highly recommend. Thank you for everything .

Although we didn't communicate much with Nico, he found us a local Chinese.It helped us so much to get around the next few days.At first we were a little concerned about the safety of public transportation, but when we adjusted.Finding Nico's home is very easy to get around, and it usually takes only 2o for 30 + minutes to those famous attractions.Nico's home is very old for over a hundred years, but the home's facilities are very well equipped.His map is very practical.You can clearly find out how to get in your car where you want to go.He provided a washing machine which made it very convenient for us.Check out is also easy.All in all, I had a nice vacation at Nico's place, and I will choose his home when I come next time.
