A nice apartment that offers everything you need. The bed is very comfortable and the kitchen well equipped.

Linda's place is the perfect place to slow down a little from everyday life. Located in a small, quiet place, you can enjoy nature directly at the view from the window in the morning. The place offered us everything we needed for the extended weekend with our little son. In addition, the communication with Linda is great and she is available to help and advise. Shopping is easily and quickly accessible by car in the nearest town. We'll be back! :-)

The apartment was just as described. She had everything you need, the host was super helpful and gave great tips. I felt very comfortable Thanks again! 4 minutes away from the coast. You can see the water when you walk out the door. Everything in the immediate vicinity. I had 4 very relaxing days and would love to come back. Thank you for everything!

Since it led me to the Baltic Sea for work, I spent my first 6 months in Rostock with André. The contact with André was always great, quick and pleasant. I was even able to have my mail sent to him, which made life very easy. The apartment is well and quietly located and has a parking space under the carport. From Sievershagen, I was able to easily reach all my stations in the training on any side of the Warnow. In addition, a shopping center is within walking distance. The apartment is located on the 1st floor and is accessible via a spiral staircase. It has a fully furnished living room, bedroom, bathroom and kitchen. All rooms are well equipped and all separate, so you can also cook without the whole apartment smells like it. For example, an ironing board, a clothes dryer and a vacuum cleaner are also provided. I enjoyed the time with André and was able to arrive in Rostock excellently.

Place was great! Made us feel right at home. The terrace view is beautiful and has something soothing. The apartment has great amenities. Information: the bed is almost a bed cabinet 1.40 m and would collapse again to the closet, accordingly it squeaks something when lying on/turning around, etc. Otherwise, everything was GREAT and Aino gave great information via chat and also asked if we needed anything! By bus you can get to the city superbly and are only a few minutes walk away. Thank you!! 😍

Spent 2 quiet nights at the place. It had everything I needed and more 😀 A really nice apartment. Modern, clean, nicely furnished. I felt very comfortable there right away and it was ideal for my short stay in Schwerin and my purposes.

The contact with Ria was totally great,she responded very quickly. We didn't want to leave at all. It was really sooooo good 👍 All the furniture was new, clean and comfortable. But I was a little confused because there was an arrow on the 18a sign. But it’s not too big deal. I will definitely choose this house next time I come to this city.

Thomas and Klaus are great hosts, I got clear instructions about the check-in and everything around the flat in advance, and in general the communication was nice and easy. Their place is just lovely, right in the old town of beautiful Lüneburg, I was very comfy there. The flat was equipped with everything, full of natural light and sun, and very spacious, I especially loved watching sunsets there. The location is very central, galleries, parks, and cute shops of the old town are all accessible within minutes of walk, the train station is also only 15 min walk away, tho it was peaceful and quiet at night. I had a great time there and recommend the place to everyone!

By far the most beautiful Airbnb we've ever been to and we've seen a lot of the world. From entering the apartment directly a feel-good feeling. Everything is extremely clean and beautifully designed. Especially now in winter a very warm and pleasant apartment and the whirlpool on the terrace has perfectly rounded off the stay. The amenities are top notch, from dishes to the bathroom, all very well thought out. We even spontaneously extended one night and will be back for sure. The private parking directly at the house is also a plus and within walking distance you are quickly on the beach or in the pedestrian zone. I like to give 5 stars here.

We were completely satisfied. The apartment is very nice and clean. We were warmly welcomed and the check-in was possible early and uncomplicated. Andreas even provided us with additional kitchen utensils so we could bake cakes for our daughter's birthday. We always received a very prompt response to our inquiries. We can recommend the apartment without reservation :-)

This apartment met and exceeded all expectations, an absolute recommendation. Very stylish, clean and great explanations. The house and parking are easy to find . The rooms, kitchen, bathroom, sauna and hot tub with sea view on the spacious terrace are great as described. The gas fireplace is also worth it! Small notes would only be instructions for gas tampering as well as other privacy on the roof terrace.

We were able to spend a beautiful summer weekend in this tasteful and very well equipped apartment. By bike we explored the Elba landscape with interesting nature experiences. While driving past the small village church in Wootz, a nice lady invited us to a small spontaneous guided tour. Gastrotipp: Mödlich - Alte Fischerkate. Summary: Highly recommend!

It was our second stay at Quartierfreund, and we were completely satisfied again. The apartment was nicely decorated and well equipped. Especially the sauna and the bathtub were real highlights. Everything was clean, and the sea view from the balcony was simply fantastic. We had nothing to complain about and can only recommend the accommodation!

It was a super uncomplicated communication. The house was the same as in the pictures and in a great condition with great furnishings and a super nice garden. The highlight is the hot tub. It was a real stroke of luck .
