A very friendly and attentive host! Our stay was comfortable, and any issues were resolved promptly. My friends and I stayed in the apartment as a group of five, and the host went above and beyond to make our stay as convenient as possible. He picked us up from the airport free of charge, even though some of us arrived at night, before the official check-in time. Additionally, he helped us with trips to the stores and even showed us local attractions. As for the downsides of the apartment, we didn’t pay enough attention to the photos of the bathrooms. Unfortunately, both showers turned out to be quite small and inconvenient. Water spilled onto the floor, leaving it constantly wet. Nevertheless, I highly recommend this host—his hospitality and care make the stay enjoyable. However, if bathroom comfort is important to you, I suggest choosing another apartment from this host.

We had a wonderful holiday at Casa Del Sol. The villa is beautiful and surpassed our expectations. The many outside areas, well maintained pool and gardens overlooking the sea were just perfect for relaxing. Very spacious with everything we needed. Amer was the perfect host, it was great to meet him on our arrival. Communications were easy and Amer arranged airport transfers at a good rate. Mohammed, the housekeeper, was great and whilst discreetly keeping everywhere clean & tidy was available to help with anything we needed. Good WiFi connection for anyone wishing to stay connected. The location was perfect for us, 15 mins from the airport, quiet and secure within the grounds of the Sheraton resort. Easy to get a taxi to Neema Bay, SoHo Square and surrounding areas, nothing is very far. We will be back and most certainly stay at Casa Del Sol. Can’t wait to return. A huge thanks to Amer, his business partner, we met on departure and Mohammed for making us feel most welcome.

Great place! Amazing pool, caretaker super helpful easy to get around, and the local super markets much cheaper than typical tourist areas, and local food was great and very very cheap

Ileana Federica is the perfect guest. It immediately makes you feel at ease as if you've been to a friend you haven't seen in a long time. The house is in a quiet, cozy, beautiful, clean neighborhood, everything is quite close. It has an almost private quiet beach, and is very close to famous clubs and beaches such as Farsha and Santorini. We had a really great time. Thank you Ileana Federica.

This was a fantastic place to stay, and I would absolutely want to stay here again. The house was big, spacious, modern, and well-equipped. The beds were all comfortable, the hot water was plentiful, the kitchen and furniture made it feel like home, and - this might sound funny - the lighting was excellent. I've stayed in some great homes that are let down by poor or ugly lighting. Not this one though! But the best part about this stay had to be the hosts. Our local contact coordinated an easy check in, and even picked us up from the airport and dropped us off after checkout. We have him a little gift for that, because honestly it saved us a lot of hassle at his own expense. Also, he got us a great deal at the water park, which the kids loved. Such a friendly and accommodating host. 😁 The weather was cold-ish, so we didn't get all the way into the pool, but I imagine in summer this home would only get better. 5 stars from us, and a wholehearted endorsement of this property and host.

The place is fully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. They even provided snorkeling masks, allowing us to explore the coral reef on our own. Restaurants and a supermarket are within walking distance. Farsha Café is just a 1-minute walk away, offering spectacular views of the reef. The area is peaceful and extremely safe, making it a perfect spot to relax and enjoy.
