Amazing place ! Fully recommended !

Antonio and Roberta are amazing hosts! We received detailed instructions for check in and were also greeted in person by Roberta. She made us feel welcome and gave us tips on what to do locally. I highly recommend staying at this property! It is clean and in close proximity to transportation and groceries. Lastly, you can easily make it to the islands in about 15-20 minutes between walking and taking the bus. Kids will love this property also there is a trampoline and toys.

Great stay in Venice in Tiziano’s place. Spotless, clean, with hotel standards. Didn’t cook if not for coffee only, but a sponge and an extra tea cloth for keeping surface and stuff clean would be an extra both host & customer would benefit I believe, also a dressing mirror would match this high-standard rooms; but these are minor details someone else wouldn’t care. Host responsive, suggested many local places we looked at and gave us chance to pay tourist tax by card through the app (which is a huge progress - considering Italian standards!) though I paid by cash as I had some left over I didn’t need.

The apartment is perfect for a stay in Venice. Tastefully decorated with all the amenities you could need. The area is quiet and very pretty. We loved our stay!

Angelo was very communicative and went the extra mile to make sure we felt at home. He wasn’t able to meet us for check in, but provided us great instructions for self check-in and left us treats upon arrival. Thank you, Angelo!

the accommodation was as described, but we had a problem with parking,as it was not possible to park in the yard but we parked on the street. In the day there were cars standing there and there was no space, one day we had a conflict with the neighbor because we parked off the lines and couldn't get out of the yard... the place was pretty cold throughout the stay. Upper floor completely cold.. This was one minus, otherwise the accommodation was very nice and close to Venice but rather for warmer months...

Katja was a wonderful host. Her apartment is close to the bus/tram station and the area made us feel very safe. It was cosy and has everything that you need for your stay. Furthermore it is extremely clean and it is obvious that Katja takes a good care of this place. We would 100% book to stay again!
