My 1st experience with an Airbnb turned out to be fabulous. The waterfront suite was super cozy with spectacular views and sunsets. Andra made sure I had everything I needed and even cleaned the snow off of my car. I look forward to returning during the summer when I can take advantage of the outdoor patio, firepit and kayaks. Many thanks Andra for being such a great host.

Had a wonderful time staying here! SUPER walkable, under 10 minutes walk from shopping, restaurants, drinks, and L.L. Bean - cozy place with everything you need for a fun trip. Very accessible to Portland as well!

My fiancé and I wanted to travel to Kittery for a weekend getaway and we could not have found a more perfect spot. While everything was perfect, I want to highlight the responsiveness of the host, Mary Alice. We were concerned as our check out day at the Airbnb fell on a blizzard! Several inches of snow accumulated overnight, and Mary Alice wanted to be sure we were safe, did not have to shovel, and comfortable. While we did not take her up on the offer to extend the stay as we wanted to get on the road, the care and consideration she had to reach out and offer made us feel truly at home. Everything was perfect and as pictured, and we were so comfortable for three days! We would definitely return.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Leah's cozy colonial house. It is beautiful spot that provides spectacular views of Pepperell Cove. Leah's place is centrally located on the Maine coastline; very close to many local tourist spots including downtown Kittery, the center of Portsmouth, NH and even locales a bit farther north such as York and Ogunquit. Our favorite is Bistro 1828, a delicious restaurant and bar that is less than a quarter mile away. The third floor bar area makes delicious cocktails and provides wonderful views of the cove too. Leah's place is so cozy and comfortable we really enjoyed spending five days there and are looking forward to another visit in the future!

Our stay at Jessica’s was perfect! Such a beautiful, peaceful location! So nice to bring our pup with us. And the sauna was awesome! We ended up cooking most nights and we had everything we needed! A perfect place to get cozy and then get outside!

I love staying at Nina and Tony's Brunswick Beata when I visit Maine. Nina and Tony are pure gems and great to talk to. The barn is spaciaous and comfortable. The garden is always delightful even in the waning Fall. So cozy and relaxing! I will return again and again!

Petr’s place was as described. Very comfortable and hosts were super responsive to any questions or concerns. They have a super friendly cat who’s not shy and loves to be petted. Off street dedicated parking was great. Private entrance. A few things to know: 1. If you’re staying for less than 5 days they charge $10 per load to use the laundry machines. I’ve stayed at a lot of Airbnb and this was the first time I’ve seen a host charge to use laundry machines. No charge if you’re staying more than 5 days. 2. Internet connection is fine for the most part but you may run into issues if you’re trying to stream something live like YouTube TV. I had no issues with things like Netflix but had some issues when trying to live stream things like NFL games. 3. The bathroom ceiling is suuuuupppper low. I’m 6’0” and my head could touch the ceiling when on my tip toes. No big deal if you’re under 6’4” or so. But if you’re on the taller end of the spectrum I suspect this would be annoying.

Clorinda and Dick were spectacular. From the moment we arrived they were extremely accommodating and made sure we had everything we needed. If we are ever back in the Portland area, we will definitely be staying here. Highly recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay here! It was close to Caswell farms which we were at for a wedding. Alison was so kind and helpful. She went above and beyond to make sure we had what we needed! Would absolutely stay here again.

This spot is cozy, clean and close to both the water and attractions in the Old Port. Doug is a great, helpful host. I’d recommend this spot for your next stay in Portland!

In my honest opinion, one of the most exceptional accommodations I have ever experienced is this establishment. It boasts exceptional cleanliness, aesthetics, and a welcoming ambiance.

Bob and Judy's place is a real gem. Great location and super clean! Quiet/beautiful setting. Be sure to glance at the stars as they are a sight to see due to the low light pollution. Tip - Google maps does not pick up the address but Bob/Judy were thankfully readily available to help navigate us to their home. Location was centrally located to all of our adventures. Would book again in a heartbeat.

We had such an awesome stay at Brigitte's place! Her and Gabriel were bothvery responsive and helpful when we had questions. Everything was clean and it was absolutely beautiful. The only reason I didn't give the "property expectations" a 5 was because we didn't realize it was attached to the main house... it was the only time we've stayed in a "guest suite" and I didn't realize what they meant when booking, however, I was pleased with the overall outcome and felt way more comfortable than I initially thought I would have. This was the most relaxing trip I've ever been on. Thank you so much

Katherine answered all my questions in a timely manner. The place was very comfortable and we loved the decor. We found it just fine and easy to get into. Appreciated all the lighting at night, felt safe and at home. Great Hosts! We would stay there again when we visit Maine. PS - I only had one bag of Cheeze-its, but thanks for putting snacks and beverages out for us :)

Dan is very friendly, great communication and eager to assist in what you might need. His place is cozy and easy to get to.

This was the perfect home away from home for us- such a peaceful place and close to many areas of interest. There were legos, puzzles, coloring supplies and books for my five year old granddaughter. There was a cutely decorated Christmas tree in the living area, which was nice to turn on and enjoy in the evenings. The home was clean, cozy and had everything we needed while on our trip. It snowed while we were there and they were up early and clearing our walkway and parking space. We appreciated this being promptly taken care of for us. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you Karen/Farmhouse by the Sea for a lovely stay!

The stay was wonderful the room was clean Nadine and her family were very friendly the space was perfect for the two of us bathroom was very clean and the studio was very inviting from the colors to the two beautiful paintings on the top of the beds the beds were very comfortable I would recommend this place and would definitely come back again

We had a wonderful little getaway here and hope to come back soon! The place is beautiful and unique with lots of amenities. Everything went really smoothly and the hosts were helpful and responsive. It’s everything you could want for a couple’s night away. I love the wood beams and open concept as well.

Absolute perfection. We are prior long term residents of Portland visiting friends - Beth's place is in a flawless location - beautiful water views of the Back Cove (sunrise over Portland) - and for visiting this iconic city as well as the close by coast which is spectacular. We spent 4 days at Beth's. Everything was beyond perfect - seriously. Lots of light, sparkling clean, arranged so that everything is easy to use, efficient and beautiful. We will return as often as we can and wouldn't even think of staying anywhere else - for those who haven't been to Portland - you are a only 1.5 miles from the Old Port but you are in a beautiful quiet neighborhood with a 4 mile walking / jogging trail along the water at your doorstep!
