It is located on the lagoon of Lake Hainer 20 km south of Leipzig and stands out from the remaining new "holiday cubes" due to the older cabin charm. Instead of standard veneer furniture from the bar, there is an individual decor, beautiful views of the jetty, fireplace, lots of stuff for children and fruit plants to harvest. It has everything you need as a small family for a few relaxing days away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.

Erste Strandreihe direkt am See mit Blick in die Ferne auf das Wasser. Sonnenuntergänge von der Terrasse mit Blick auf die F60. Zu dem Haus gehört jeweils ein Hot Tube und eine Sauna. Das Gelände liegt in einem Naherholungsgebiet mit anderen Ferienhäusern im Umkreis. In direkter Umgehung steht die F60 Förderbrücke als beeindruckendes Industriedenkmal. Zwischen den Häusern und dem Strand führt die Strandpromenade um den See und lädt zu ausgelassenen Strandspaziergängen ein.

Very stylish and realized in collaboration between architect / interior designer / furniture designer (sofa bed!) with separate shower room, 31 sqm of living space, separate, private entrance and access to the barrel sauna. All furniture as individual custom made, kitchen countertop and dining bar concrete/ woodworking/ epoxy resin. Shower room with concrete trowel technology, whereby the shower and toilet could not be separated due to the very limited space situation.

100 meters to the swimming lake ,tranquility for the soul. My house is located in a nature reserve in the forest . Here everything is far away and there are animals ( mosquito, wasp , fox, etc.) It is nature so there are leaves and pollen . Peace , relaxation and nature . Depreciation for cleanliness , price/performance,and location is never warranted. Because I write in my description exactly where you live and what I offer you.

Modern cottage directly on a small lake. Practically furnished to unwind for a few days in the middle of nature and to switch off. On the ground floor there is either a large double bed or two single beds. A staircase can be reached by the slightly lower sleeping floor with another two single beds.
