Relax with the family at this peaceful place to stay. Enjoy coffee in the hammock, or smores by the fire pit. Enjoy the pool table, ping pong or board games in the game room. Play wii or relax and watch some tv and unwind. 3 minute drive to Sheridan beach or 10 minute walk. 5 minute drive to Washington Park Zoo, 20 minutes to Indiana Dunes and under 15 minutes to New Buffalo. 1 mile from BLUE CHIP CASINO - with its new SPORTS BOOK and is where the away team stays for NOTRE DAME FOOTBALL, 2 miles from the outlet mall, 7 blocks to the beach, and plenty of parking! 3 bedrooms (4 beds) and 1 bathroom. This is a great place regardless of the season and though in the city; it backs up to woods with lovely walking trails. The home also has hi speed internet/WiFi and HD cable television. Simple, practical home in a safe neighborhood - and it’s a bargain!

Our property is unique in that we have 9 vacation rental cottages on one acre. These cottages were built between the 1930s-50s and is one of the last properties of this type along Lake Michigan in this area. We have tried to keep the old charm while adding modern amenities.
