Cabin vacation rentals in Sawyer County

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a beautifully remodeled cabin on Lake Winter, and I can't recommend it enough! The cabin features an abundance of windows, creating a wonderful feeling of being surrounded by nature. At night, the lights streaming through the trees added a magical touch to the atmosphere. One of the standout features was the heated floors in the bathroom, which were a delightful surprise! Eric, the host, was incredibly responsive and communicated quickly. He provided excellent recommendations for local dining and amenities, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, I highly recommend planning a visit to this stunning cabin. It’s the perfect getaway!

We had a great family weekend! The place was clean and cozy. The house has everything you could need for cooking, bathing, etc. for your stay. We brought our ice fishing gear and it was great to be able to walk right out onto the lake and set up. Ben is quick to respond with whatever you may need. We brought our dogs as this is a pet friendly cabin. It’s clearly stated in the rules but I just want to caution to stick to those rules of leashing the pets anytime you’re outside or they will be reported as we learned. Overall our stay was great and I’d recommend this place to anyone that wants a cozy rural getaway

Had a great time connecting with the family. Hosts were very friendly and responsive. Right on a lake which the older kids/young adults enjoyed during our winter visit.

Lisa was great to work with very accommodating and helpful with current local events. Great location for trail riding and taking in the beautiful fall colors!

Beautiful cabin on the lake. Exactly like the pictures show. Owners explained everything in detail so we didn’t have any questions or concerns when we arrived, but still provided contact information. So looking forward to going back next year!

The cabin has a beautiful view of the lake!! It is furnished so warm and nicely it felt very homey. Diane has the cabin set up with everything we wanted to be able to relax or cook our own meals at the cabin. The location is perfect with only a few minutes drive to either Hayward or Cable. We really enjoyed our stay and will for sure be back!!

The cabin is quaint and peaceful. The river views are amazing. There is a cute bar/restaurant with great food and drinks. The owners are nice and very helpful. Definitely won’t be disappointed staying at the resort.

The cabin was just as advertised. It was amazing seeing Lower Holley Lake right out the window flow one day and be a frozen sheet the next!!! Definitely good instructions on-site and couldn’t have picked a better location for thanksgiving holiday with in-laws. Will look to return! Neal

🍁 The cabin was a perfect choice for us to stay. We had everything we needed in the cabin. All we had to bring with us with our bare minimums and personal items. The scenery was beautiful, and the weather ended up being perfect. We definitely can’t wait to come back again for a vacation! ❤️

We had a very peaceful stay, which is just what we wanted. It’s beautiful there @ Teal lake. Victoria was very, very helpful with anything we needed. We will definitely go again.

Clare and Chris have simply raised the bar of what we will expect from future AirBnb rentals. Clean, organized,welcoming, responsive, ideal rental owners. They let us in early, and had no issues with us staying late so we could minimize make memories during some rare warmth of late October. The sunrises on Sand Lake are spectacular, the bike trails nearby were great, but most of all the ease of walking into an immaculate home made us feel at home from the start. We can’t wait to go back!

We stayed at Kristn's air b@b cabin from Saturday night into Monday morning. It was located on Lower Clam lake. Our family consists of seven people and this cabin was very spacious. It had enough bedrooms for us and even had a downstairs rec room. The cabin gave us access to ice fish Lower Clam lake and all of the surrounding lakes. While driving up we noticed all of the elk crossing signs. Unfortunately we did not see any. The cabin was very clean and comfortable. The setting of it in the woods was perfect and we were isolated from everyone, which is what we were looking for. The cabin had wi-fi and a cozy woodstove. They even let us bring our two dogs. It was very affordable and Kristyn got back to us instantly as we booked last minute. Although the weather was frigid, the fishing was great. We will definitely be looking forward to trying to book for a summer stay.

This property was great if you are looking for a private, quiet location. Nice fire pit, lake side. Kayaks provided and the lakes were great for paddling. Clean and cute interior. Close enough to Hayward for quick trips in for dinner or exploring.

Alexa’s cabin was awesome! Couldn’t ask for a better location as a fisherman who was trying to fish multiple bodies of water. The place has everything you need for an extended stay and the cabin itself was very nice. Alexa was amazing to communicate with, always got back to us promptly with answers.

Thank you, Dan, for a wonderful stay at the cabin! We appreciate the beautiful surroundings and the cabin was absolutely as described. Nelson Lake is great for boating and we explored Hayward as well, including Tamarack Winery, shops downtown and thrifting. Many thanks to your responsiveness to messages before and during our stay, Dan-you truly made us feel at home. There’s not a single thing we would change…except maybe to have stayed longer! We will definitely be back again!

Cute cottage in peaceful area. Enjoyed a weekend with friends for skiing and fat biking.

We had our kids and their kids and there was plenty of room. The location was great and felt like home. Best Air BnB we have stayed at ever.
