My stay went very well with Thierry's friendly welcome. Beautiful walks by the lake and easy access to the city center... I didn't take the car back after I arrived, I went there on foot or I took the bus Delighted…

Apartment equal to the photos, very well equipped with microwave, toaster, and even raclette appliance. Very well located, go on foot to the main tourist attractions and markets. Sunshine balcony and cozy apartment. The bathroom sink was a little dirty and the shower sometimes took a long time to heat up. Very clear check-in instructions, but I found it unusual to request not only to wash, but to dry and store everything that was used. Overall, the host was very attentive, I would stay here again. Thank you :)

We had a great weekend with friends in this beautiful apartment. The apartment is ideally located facing the lake, very well equipped, the bedding very comfortable, the kitchen top. Karen was very accommodating on our arrival and departure time, gave us a very warm welcome and radiating kindness. We are delighted and will most likely come back next time 😊

Our recent stay at Nathalie’s apartment was delightful. The space was just as the photos show and spotlessly clean. It was very comfortable and in a perfect location for exploring Annecy. We would definitely visit Annecy again and stay at Nathalie’s with no hesitation.

Family come from 18 to 25 August 2024. It went very well. Karine is very welcoming and her husband Didier gave us good advice on interesting activities to do for children. The apartment is well located (50 m by the lake), clean and there is everything you need from bathroom linens to kitchen utensils. Marie had carefully prepared a toy bin for my 3 and a half year old son (he was very happy with it). We arrived a good hour and a half in advance and were able to arrange the accommodation directly. Right next door, you can rent bikes, sailboat, pedalo, ect... We're really close to everything. If you want to spend a holiday in Annecy with a good value for money, I recommend Karine's place.

10 out of 10! even more if we could Richard is a host who really deserves 6⭐️ He is very welcoming, very responsive and with good advice He was very available for us The apartment is beautiful, in pristine condition, tastefully decorated We have rarely seen such a clean rental, it smells good , it shines, it feels at home, it's super equipped and we'll be back with great pleasure Children also loved it The beds are very comfortable, lots of storage You can park easily, many good restaurants nearby have been advised, as well as bike rental shops, shops ... The lake is 2 minutes walk it's so nice, the apartment is in a quiet and secure neighborhood We spent these 4 days in Annecy with so much relaxation thanks to Richard The garden and terrace is so much appreciated too We'll be back soon Thanks a lot

We are delighted with our stay, beautiful peaceful villa, well located, large kitchen with lots of amenities, very comfortable bedding. Walk out of the house by the lake, I recommend this villa safely

The space is bright and has magnificent lake and mountain views. 40 minutes from La Clusaz or Le Grand Bornand stations. Laetitia was a wonderful host who was very responsive and attentive to our needs. The neighborhood is very quiet. The common areas are large enough to feel comfortable for 10-12 people. I would highly recommend it!

Very nice accommodation in a very quiet little corner. House on 3 floors very well equipped (appliances and baby equipment) and clean. Responsive and accommodating hosts. We enjoyed our stay in the Chartreuse and would recommend this accommodation.

This delightful little place is everything it seems to be - most of all for us: quiet, with a lovely garden and right on the lake. Bruno was totally helpful and friendly and quickly available when needed. Everything inside is wood lined except the shower area so it can feel like a wooden chalet.

I stayed a week in Thomas's house. It is situated in a tiny hamlet next to the wakeboarding lake. I was driving to the ski resorts so 15 minutes to Brides les Bains, 45 to La Plagne and 30 to Le Praz. The house is a kitchen downstairs and 1 room upstairs with a double bed and a sofa bed. It had everything I needed, was warm and had a good shower. Check in was easy and Thomas replied very quickly.

We were very well hosted by Fred. The apartment is conveniently located with a view that is breathless. The lake, the mountains, and the delicious Savoie biscuit. If you want to cut off from your tumultuous life..go for it!

Very beautiful quality of the accommodation Well thought out and very well-appointed accommodation. Kitchen is of very high quality and well equipped. The bathroom is spacious and of high quality as well. The balcony is just exceptional, as is the view of Lac du Bourget.

Great flat recently refurbished, perfect for a family with 2 kids fitting in bunk bed. The view on the lac du Bourget and location on the port are unrivalled. Strongly recommend. Tiphaine has been a great host, very reactive and clear in her instructions.

Very well-located residence. Apartment with a very nice balcony to enjoy the great view! Ideal accommodation for a family of 4, we were 2 adults and 2 children, sufficient and pleasant spaces. Easy check-in and checkout with lockbox. I recommend!!!

The apartment was fabulous (bed super comfortable, shower powerful,great location etc) but you were also very generous with your time - sharing your recommendations for great places to eat, the best hot chocolate, best skiing options etc which made our stay super comfortable and fulfilling. We had a wonderful stay at Claude and Michelle's. The kitchen was really well equipt and we enjoyed cooking and eating on the terrace at lunchtime when we needed to keep out of the sun 🌞. The apartment was extremely clean and was well laid out and has everything you need for a pleasant stay. Lastly, the location was perfect for accessing the bike path, buses and the beach. As it is just off the market square, there was some noise in the mornings, but this wasn't too disruptive and was to be expected. Thank you again for having us 🙏😊
