Waterfront vacation rentals in Savoie

A wonderful place to stay with the most beautiful surroundings. We came without a car and the bikes were an absolute bonus and allowed us to make the most of the lake. The cycle path is so accessible and easy to use. Emmanuelle was also very communicative and helpful in sending us a bus timetable to ensure we could get around. There is a shop and a fantastic bar just a few minutes cycle away, and a bus stop directly outside. The apartment was spotless and well appointed, although I'd recommend bringing extra beach towels if you don't want to miss a second in the lake, which for us was warm even on rainy days! Mobile data was almost never an issue, despite the remote and peaceful location. The private beach was wonderful - plenty of grass and chairs - the few neighbours we met were very friendly and most of the time we had the space entirely to ourselves. It really is a little haven with the most gorgeous views!

We were very well received by Thierry, who was available and warm upon arrival. The accommodation was as described, very clean and in a good location. He also provided us with all the information we needed to make the most of the stay, and even provided bicycles. We would highly recommend it.

Fantastic stay in the heart of Annecy. The flat was very clean and comfortable, and Dominique was responsive to all our queries.

The apartment is in the hyper-center of Annecy. Double glazed window so quite quiet. Very clean. Paid parking next door (15.- for a day and a half). the bedding is very comfortable. we even have a bottle of white for our arrival and there were also two coffee capsules. It's very enjoyable! Communication with Paulin was easy. Thank you so much for a lovely stay!

We had a great weekend with friends in this beautiful apartment. The apartment is ideally located facing the lake, very well equipped, very comfortable bedding, excellent kitchen. Karen was very accommodating about our check-in and check-out time, gave us a very warm welcome and radiates kindness. We are delighted and will most likely be back next time. 😊

Words can’t describe the actual charm of this historic building and surrounding town. It was absolutely stunning and we loved our stay. The interior is updated, fresh and lovely lay out. We had everything we needed and Nathalie was very responsive and helpful. We hope to be back soon!

The location of this Airbnb is absolutely incredible if you want to pop out and instantly be in the middle of Annecy. We feel very lucky to have stayed. We came with our three children and worked from there on the Monday - no problems with the internet and during our lunch time could be in all the action for an ice cream or dinner immediately.

Family trip from August 18 to 25, 2024. Everything went very well. Karine is very welcoming and her husband Didier advised us well on interesting activities to do for the children. The apartment is well located (50 m from the lake), clean and has everything you need, from bathroom linens to kitchen utensils. Marie had carefully prepared a toy box for my 3.5 year old son (he was very happy with it). We arrived a good hour and a half early and were able to access the accommodation directly. Right next door, you can rent bikes, go boating, pedal boats, etc. We're really close to everything. If you want to spend a vacation in Annecy with a good value for money, I recommend Karine's accommodation.

Very nice location, with stunning lake views. We really enjoyed the view, as well as the layout of the cottage, while we spent the Christmas holidays there, mostly indoors.

We are delighted with our stay, beautiful peaceful villa, good location, large kitchen with lots of amenities, very comfortable bedding. Walking distance from the house to the lake, I recommend this villa to you, it's completely safe.

The space is bright and has magnificent lake and mountain views. 40 minutes from La Clusaz or Le Grand Bornand stations. Laetitia was a wonderful host who was very responsive and attentive to our needs. The neighborhood is very quiet. The common areas are large enough to feel comfortable for 10-12 people. I would highly recommend it!

This delightful little place is everything it seems to be - most of all for us: quiet, with a lovely garden and right on the lake. Bruno was totally helpful and friendly and quickly available when needed. Everything inside is wood lined except the shower area so it can feel like a wooden chalet.

I stayed a week in Thomas's house. It is situated in a tiny hamlet next to the wakeboarding lake. I was driving to the ski resorts so 15 minutes to Brides les Bains, 45 to La Plagne and 30 to Le Praz. The house is a kitchen downstairs and 1 room upstairs with a double bed and a sofa bed. It had everything I needed, was warm and had a good shower. Check in was easy and Thomas replied very quickly.

We were hosted very well by Fred. The apartment is conveniently located with breathtaking views. The lake, the mountains, and the delicious Savoyard biscuit. If you want to get away from your hectic life... go for it!

Very well placed, in a quiet residence. Communication is with Myriam who is very available and friendly. The accommodation is very pleasant if there are two of us, be careful with a (large) dog it lacks a little tidying up but for a few days we can accommodate it! I would recommend Frédéric's place 🙂

Very beautiful quality of the accommodation Well thought out and very well-appointed accommodation. Kitchen is of very high quality and well equipped. The bathroom is spacious and of high quality as well. The balcony is just exceptional, as is the view of Lac du Bourget.

Tiphaine's apartment was perfect and in line with the photos/description. we had a lovely time with our 2 children (toddler). we can walk easily and the secure parking much appreciated. quiet and with a beautiful unobstructed view. Very well-located residence. Apartment with a very nice balcony to enjoy the great view! Ideal accommodation for a family of 4, we were 2 adults and 2 children, sufficient and pleasant spaces. Easy check-in and checkout with lockbox. I recommend!!!

The apartment was fabulous (bed super comfortable, shower powerful,great location etc) but you were also very generous with your time - sharing your recommendations for great places to eat, the best hot chocolate, best skiing options etc which made our stay super comfortable and fulfilling. We had a wonderful stay at Claude and Michelle's. The kitchen was really well equipt and we enjoyed cooking and eating on the terrace at lunchtime when we needed to keep out of the sun 🌞. The apartment was extremely clean and was well laid out and has everything you need for a pleasant stay. Lastly, the location was perfect for accessing the bike path, buses and the beach. As it is just off the market square, there was some noise in the mornings, but this wasn't too disruptive and was to be expected. Thank you again for having us 🙏😊
