Vacation rentals with a hot tub in Sauk County

We had a great stay! Check-in was easy and the building house was pristine. The bonus room was an amazing amenity for the kids to play and the adults loved the sauna. The kitchen could have had a few more items such as a cutting board and basics (salt & pepper) etc., but we brought groceries and had no issues making meals. We’d certainly book again! Great hosts!!

Kelli is a terrific host--super responsive, helpful, and very generous with the "miscellaneous" items at AirBNBs, like towels, coffee, soap, and toiletries for our use. That was greatly appreciated, including because we had 5 skiiers and so being able to wash everything afterwards at the home was a great help. It was the middle of a frigid winter, so not that much lake activity understandably, but it was a great location to be close to the Dells (for kids water park activities) and skiing (for kids and adults to have fun). We really enjoyed the place and hope to return soon, all thanks to Kelli!

Our stay was incredible! We’re a handful of friends who were in town for the weekend for some skiing at nearby resorts. The house was immaculate when we entered, and we loved using all the various the amenities it had to offer, particularly the hot tub and indoor smokeless fire pit. Charlie was super proactive and friendly when communicating with us, and made sure we had all the info we’d need to have a good stay. Overall, we adored this rental and would absolutely love to come back!

My friends and I had an amazing time with our two pups. The house is so charming. I highly recommend arriving when it is light outside, as it’s easier to find but we figured it out quickly nonetheless! We spent the entire weekend either lounging in the living room, having breakfast and dinner in the gorgeous dining room, or relaxing in the hot tub. Thank you so much for having us!

What a great host! Beautiful home, honestly the photos don’t do it justice. So peaceful and this was a guys trip. They loved it. Totally recommend for all sorts of groups. Would definitely book again.

Loved staying here beautiful Airbnb, very big space, only thing is half the house was very cold, in back of the house more. But other than that it was awesome.

The place was great; absolutely perfect for our family of 4! Everything was exactly as expected with great recommendations. If the opportunity comes up we’ll be back for sure!

I highly recommend this place for a small family or a small group. Riv’s Cottage is so cute and cozy. The staff was nice, everything you needed was on the Resort. I took my kids for Spring Break, we also went into town which is only 10mins away, waterparks, Arcades and good eats! If you want a home away from home check out Riv’s place, you won’t be disappointed.

Christine was very responsive and very helpful during check in. appreciate the smooth check in and information for our stay.. would definitely be looking for our future stay with Christine.

We had the best weekend in the Dells at Jason’s cabin! He had everything we needed, we almost didn’t want to leave the house! Fully-stocked kitchen, fun entertainment, awesome hot tub, cozy living spaces, comfy beds, and a million little touches that made our weekend so memorable. We <3 Bullwinkles!! Jason was also very considerate - gave us clear instructions, cleared out the snow for us one day, and texted to check on how things were going. Definitely recommend!

everything was perfect, I'm just use to a tv in my bedroom, but I got over it quickly.
