We loved lake living so decided to build our new home on the same property, using our cottage as a guest home. We did not use it as much as expected so we decided to Rent it for additional retirement income. The building has 1536 sq ft, including the 3-season porch. 2, 12'x15' bedrooms with 7 beds, plus a sofa bed in the living area.
