Our stay at Clayton’s was almost perfect. There were so many thoughtful amenities that made our stay very comfortable. Based on my impression of Clayton, I feel that every effort is made to consider the needs of guests. Clayton was so friendly and responded instantly when i had questions. Everything was as described in the listing. As well, there was information about what we could expect in terms of noise, which was not an issue at all. I had to complete a fair amount of work and was not at all disrupted. The space was extremely comfortable, including the bed and linens, and couch. The decorating was tasteful. I loved all the books and wish I had more time to explore. We would have loved to spend more time in the back garden, but time did not permit. The location was in a quiet, established historic-feel neighbourhood where we felt safe. My husband and I were touched by the lovely welcome note. I highly recommend Book and Covers.

Super cute place! I was disappointed I was only in town for one night for a work obligation! I’ll definitely be booking again on a weekend when there’s more going on. Sarah was really sweet and attentive. You can tell by the care they put into the place that it’s their home and business. It was really neat! Thanks for hosting us Sarah!

Was originally only staying 2 nights but I decided to extend my trip. Which meant I needed to extend my stay, if possible, and Ade had no problem with that which made my trip even better. The place was great, a little chilly but there was a heater to use. I will forsure stay here again on my next visit.

Louis and Sherry are 5 Star hosts. The place is too notch clean and modern. Very private and great surroundings. They are super helpful and provided us with everything g we needed to make it feel like home! I would definitely stay here again.

This was probably one of my best Airbnb experiences. I'll start with the fact there were lights on at my arrival (such a small but positive thing). It was clean, and super homey. Everyone loves brand new modern, but sometimes home is a good feeling too. This was that. I went to put my few groceries in the fridge and came across a Saskatoon Berry Pie slice, and a couple squares left by the host, and oh man, let me tell you! Delicious! Sadly I was on a quick trip for pleasure, work, and medical so I wasn't around to use the gazebo (which looked amazing), or the waffle maker but both were as described. Bed was amazing, couch reclines. Great! If you're considering staying here do it.

Everything was great, we booked for a little over a month, and it was the perfect option for us. Daniel responded very quickly to all our questions and was very friendly. We easily reached the apartment at midnight, and the host allowed us to check in late. It was also very convenient that we didn't need to pick up the keys directly from the host. The only downside was that some neighbors frequently smoked, so we could occasionally smell marijuana, which was a bit concerning for us because we don't smoke. However, this was not the host's fault. We really liked it because it was our first accommodation in Canada with such an American style, and it was very interesting for us to experience, as we are Europeans

The unit was perfect for my daughter and I being in town for a competition. It was close to everything, clean and nice inside, easy to find and get into. The area was quiet, bonus ice cream shop next door! Felt safe, cozy and comfortable while there.

I stayed here for work with a co-worker for four nights. Absolutely no complaints, and extended our stay off the cuff. Jade was very quick and responsive.

This is my second time staying at Colleen’s place and it’s always a pleasure. The place is conveniently located near the airport but also far enough to get the full neighborhood experience. The market is walking distance for all your grocery needs and the kitchen has everything you need to cook at home. Thank you again for letting me stay, I’m sure I will be returning soon!

Allan's place exceeded all our espectations: tucked away in a very quiet place that nature lovers would be much pleased especially in summer. Everything is perfect, design of rooms, decor are well appointed. He has thought of Everything you'll need. We'll be back God willing.

Comfortable hotel in a great location. A clean room, with a great view. Hospitable staff with great privacy! Felt like a home away from home.

My stay at the space was great! Check-in and check-out was flexible given some changes in my schedule (thank you for that)! The location was amazing, walkable to many restaurants in the area. A secure building, I felt safe coming and going throughout my stay. Will def book again!
