Excellent location, you can clearly see the Acropolis from the balcony. In the evenings, the open air cinema creates a fantastic atmosphere with the Acropolis lit up in the background. The accomodation was easy to find, clear check-in instructions are provided and you will have no shortage of places to eat, drink or admire within walking distance.

Everything was perfect! Clean, good AC and amazing view of the bay and the sea. There is a beautiful cove to swim nearby and the main sandy beach is a 20 min walk down the hill. There you can find all kinds of great food and drinks, etc. You can also get a ride to and from with Nikos. Eirini, Nikos and Anthoula were amazing hosts. They really take good care of you!! Thanks for a wonderful stay!

This was a wonderful stay for us - we are two couples. We only had one night but wished for more. Our host was amazing - lovely and responsive. The location is directly across from the sea wall with incredible views. Two comfortable bedrooms, a well equipped kitchen. We would stay here again!

Xenon Estate is spectacular. At the top of a hill (you do need a moped, quad or e-bike) with a stunning view, gorgeous lovingly manicured grounds (best we saw on the island), and pool. Alex and Harmeet (who, with his wife, manages the property) were incredibly helpful and we needed that help! I neglected to reserve seats on the ferry from Piraeus to Spetses — oops! —and Alex saved the day by arranging a last minute taxi from Athens Airport to Kosta and then a water taxi to the island. Phew! When we arrived at the house the kitchen was fully stocked for breakfast (eggs, bacon, breas, cheese, turkey, butter, coffee, milk, water) — remarkable kindness. And then Harmeet helped us secure a quad on a busy holiday weekend when all rental shops were empty. He also helped us get dinner reservations for three nights and arrange a car to deliver our luggage to the ferry. All in all the kind of service a guest could dream of. We are so appreciative of Xenon Estate and the team there — thanks!

Great apartments, well appointed, owned and designed by an architect, so amazing attention to detail with beautiful decorations, everything you could need in the kitchen and bathrooms. Always someone on reception too to help. Beautiful rooftop too

We just spent one night here for a layover. However, you could easily make this a destination. The home is even nicer than described. The pool and backyard area look like they belong in a magazine. The location is a 2 minute walk from the sea, 5 minutes to a beach and 10 minutes to all kinds of restaurants. Wish I could've stayed longer. The host was even kind enough to arrange our pick up from and transfer to the airport. Book this place with confidence.

Very beautiful place, with amazing view, with pool. Cleanliness everywhere. The owner is very friendly and welcoming. She prepares very tasty breakfasts. It felt like a home away from home. We enjoyed relaxing. We will definitely visit again.

We had to find a place to stay urgently and we contacted Fire and in less than 10 minutes he responded to us. The apartment was at its best, and the instructions were clear. I highly recommend it.

Beautiful, modern, clean and functional space next to the municipal parking and the square of Ancient Corinth but at the same time in a quiet and nice service and care from the hosts/managers of the accommodation!

It is located conveniently near the airport and is relatively close to a metro station. It is a nice place to stay if you want to stay in a quiet calm area.

We loved our stay at Constantina's place and would definitely return when back in Athens. The location was convenient to many great restaurants and things to do and see in the city. The only negative that other reviewers have already mentioned is the late night noise. We stayed over a weekend and we were woken up in the middle of the night by noise from the street below. It is a pedestrian street, but there are many bars nearby and I guess patrons tend to spill over into the surrounding streets at closing. Overall, it was a great stay!

Great place in the heart of Athens, away from noisy streets and close to many places of interest. Room was clean, entrance was easy. I asked for a couple more hours before check out and they had no problem. Perfect.
