Vacation rentals in Sapodilla Bay

We loved this condo! It was me and my two teens and had plenty of room and spots to sleep. It was much bigger than the photos and completely stocked full plenty of towels, beach toys and floaters and paper products. Loved having the kitchen. Great neighborhood and very responsive host. Skip the big resorts and stay here, you won’t regret it. Highly recommend. Steps away from the pool and hot tub. Five minute walk to a great secluded beach. With a car it was simple to get all around the island. We had a blast. Pro tip - bring or buy some spices if you plan to cook. Would love to visit this place again

Location in the center of Grace Bay was absolutely ideal! We were able to walk to all our dinner reservations and cute shops. The view of the pool from the third floor balcony was lovely. The funky optional ocean blue lighting added to the ambience. When an issue came up… Icemaker not working, needed a spatula, blender was leaking… Simone was incredibly responsive and took care of the matter immediately. Easy flat walk of .25 mile to beautiful white sand beach, where lounge chairs were available to us, and umbrella rental available. We found the location to be perfect, and the accommodations were very comfortable, but not extravagant. Full-size washer and dryer as well as a dishwasher added to the convenience. A collection of fins, masks and floats were on the balcony, but we brought our own. For the convenience and location and price, we would definitely stay in this property again.

Elesia and her husband were so kind!! They helped us with our rental car issue. They were always accessible and friendly. The beach was 5 minutes away with a car. The pool, lounge, bbq grill was lovely, I could have relaxed there the whole day. There was so many nice touches, from the plentiful towels, soda and water, to the washer/dryer. The care and thought they put into their space was incredible. The photos do not do it enough justice. It was nice being so closely accessible to the beach but coming back to peace and quiet away from the crowds. Thank you for being awesome!

We enjoyed our week stay at Sandy's place. We rented a small SUV and drove all around Provo. The roads out to North West Point is rough but doable if you go slow and have a high clearance vehicle, we packed our own gear, saw sea turtles and lots of tropical fish right off the beach. We took a ferry to explore North and Middle Caicos on a day trip which was great. There are 2 large IGA grocery stores close by to get anything you want to prepare your own food. The beds were very comfortable, AC units are slim systems which are quiet and very effective air management. Having a washer and drying helped us to pack light and not deal with checked luggage.

This is our 4th place to stay in the Chalk Sound area of Providenciales and is our favourite. The property is beautifully designed, the pool is lovely and larger than it looks (though a plunge pool, it's spacious), we loved the fact that it's not really visible from Chalk Sound Drive (the main road) and for 2 couples it's a great layout with the separate guest house having a King bed, nice bathroom and little kitchenette for early risers to make their own coffee or breakfast. We had a great time kayaking down Silly Creek to the ocean. If you go right entering the ocean, you will find wonderful little private coves. The 7 minute walk from the Villa to the north (quiet) end of Taylor Bay beach feels adventuresome the first time you do it and then is a piece of cake. The beds, couch, and dining area are all comfortable with high quality furniture. The TV is enormous. Outdoor furniture needs a bit of upgrade and it would be marvelous if the screens were replaced to enjoy the sea air.

We just got back from a week's stay at Crayton's property and we have never felt more relaxed after a vacation. The grounds and landscaping are beautiful and all of the villas are stunning - they look exactly like the pictures. The two pools make you feel like you are at your own private resort and I cannot even get started on the beach. Absolutely gorgeous and just steps away from the villas. Lounge chairs and umbrellas were set up for us each morning and it felt like our own private island. This place is definitely a boutique property with a calm atmosphere. It's the perfect place to come if you are just looking to relax and enjoy the beauty of Turks and Caicos. Local restaurants are just a short walk away and the grocery store is a quick drive, making this location even more desirable. We cannot wait to come back next year!! Words can’t describe our stay at “The Nest.” You are about 100 yards from a beautiful turquoise beach. Leeward Settlement is a serene, peaceful area of the island… far enough away from the hotels for some peace and quiet yet still close enough to take a short drive (5min or less) to be in the center of town. The interior of the home was spotless and accommodating. Although we didn’t spend much time on the rooftop deck, it was a great space to take in some sun and stars. “The Nest” will definitely be a place we would look into again during our next visit! We had a great five days here. We rented both cottages and they were perfect for our family of 4. Air conditioning worked perfectly, the pool was nice, plenty of outdoor seating, the kayaks were fun, the location was quiet. It is about 20 minutes from Grace Bay area, but you can't access Grace Bay unless you are stying along the water. We did go to dinner overnight in that area and we did not think it was an issue. There is a beach less than a 5 minute walk away with chairs and umbrellas to rent, but we preferred another more quiet, beautiful beach with shallow water about a 2 minute drive away. A car is needed. Coolers are in each unit, chairs and beach towels provided. the laundry was very helpful. We enjoyed our stay very much! Would highly recommend.
