Vacation rentals with a patio in São Roque

With an incredible price, the studio is beautiful and functional. The location is excellent for those who want to be close to the main cultural points of São Paulo. The building is comfortable, extremely secure and offers various services to guests, such as luggage compartment, laundry and swimming pool. The hostess, Dani, is very proactive and attentive. It was one of the best calls I've received since I started using Airbnb.

Apto otimo, very neatly tidy,clean and organized . A Carina responds well and quickly to all the questions. Bed linens,towels and all clean and organized accessories.

The place is exactly like in the pictures. The employees are extremely kind and helped us upon arrival. There is a little noise in the countryside, but very low due to the apt being high and it is also not something that hinders the experience.. the region is apparently quiet. Plus the view is amazing! When we entered the apartment was clean and organized. The host was always available for questions and was flexible about checking in, which helped a lot! The apartment is equipped exactly as in the listing description. It was a great experience!

Manoela’s apartment has been the highlight of my trip to Sao Paulo. It is the perfect apartment for a couple or solo travelling, has all of the amenities one could ask for, and to top it off is in the most beautiful area that is near the centre while still being safe and residential. My favorite bakery and cafe is one block away, as well as the Patio Higienopolis and so many other great shops and restaurants. The apartment was clean, spacious and luminous. The building is an architectural jewel and the energy from the entrance to the apartment, the bathroom etc everything is just magical. If you have the chance, you should definitely book this apartment. Cannot overstate the happiness and comfort it brought me and having experienced manyy other airbnbs in the city, I can safely say this is the best you can find. I highly recommend the apartment! Just like the listing! It served me and my family super well ( two adults and two children). Well divided space, all new and super clean, the bed linen smelled!! Lugar super well located, close to several restaurants, mini markets, subway and pharmacies. Communication with the owner was also always quick and effective. The space is fun, as are the amenities. I highly recommend it.

The house is beautiful, wide and very pleasant. Everything that was in the house corresponded to what is posted on the ad. Very green and the visit of various animals, Tucanos, monkeys, quati, for nature lovers will love to be on site. The house is more beautiful than in the photos and very well distributed, an easily accessible place and for those who enjoy dinner outside, there are all the restaurants in the mountain range a 7 minute drive. Mauricio is a rated 10 host, extremely polite, responds very quickly and was super flexible at check-in and check-out. The sad part is to come away, my little boy wanted to live there, rs. What a beautiful place, it is even more beautiful in person! Very green, animals like butterflies, birds, dogs, chickens and even miquinhos. Very quiet and quiet, we went to escape the noise of the end of the year and it was very nice. :) I read the tips in other guests' reviews and helped a lot. I took a merrinha knife, we walked to the Spani (but we returned from uber with hahaa shopping), we went to thrift stores, we walked through the farmhouse and in the Itaim park. And in the house it has absolutely everything you need to cook, blender, shape, frying pan, etc. And Mr. Alê, a sweetheart, said that not having something, just request that it is arranged. We want to come back more often. ♡

Sandra has welcomed us well since before the stay. We arrived early in the city and she was quite flexible with the check in time. The house and bed/bath linen were very clean and smelling. The site is easily accessible and very well located, perfect for those who go to an event in Allianz Parque.

We were kindly welcomed by Marizete and Manzoni. The house is better than the pictures show, it was very clean. It is a very functional house and has perfectly met my family's needs. It was hot days, we enjoyed the pool a lot!! We'll be back for sure!!
