Fabio is great, very good at responses. Provided local recommendations. A beautiful shopping mall is literally across the street. The studio apartment is a great size for a couple. My favorite part was the large balcony to sit down at the end of the day. Getting into the apartment is very easy. Facial recognition at the building entrance and key-less entry to the apartment itself. If you will be in this part of Sao Paulo, I highly recommend. The building has a small gym with cardio machines and 2 beautiful pools. The only warning I can give is that you should probably come to this unit with a car or be prepared to use Uber (the metro is 20 - 25 minutes away by car). Besides the mall, the neighborhood is more car friendly than a bustling area for pedestrians.

The roof is exactly like in the pictures, the space is well organized and clean, the pool was clean and catered to the need of my family. The apt is close to Adega, market, butcher, the helpful trustee, Mr. João answers all doubts promptly. We will definitely return. were perfect days.

I was in the house to celebrate my sister-in-law's long-awaited Bachelor Party and I can say it was just AMAZING! The house has an impeccable structure, extremely clean and welcoming. We were very happy that we did not have to worry about linen or kitchenware, the house has everything you need to carry out from a more intimate meeting to a more elaborate party! The hosts Ana and Vitória were extremely friendly and concerned about our event, helped us in every detail, were proactive and endeavoured to make our event more than perfect! I greatly appreciate the zeal for us and I will definitely return to create more unforgettable memories in this piece of paradise! It exceeded our expectations! I highly recommend it!

The house is beautiful and very comfortable. The condominium offers transportation to the beach, which is great for those with older people or mobility difficulties. The host gave us local shopping tips. We ordered a fresh fish, which yielded wonderful family meals. The highlight is for the homemade couple, Reinaldo and Jerusa, who are attentive, helpful and very friendly. We felt at home.

Speaking of Mr. Roberto, I don't remember being treated so well by a person like that, calling him Host is little ! It is a real example of a person. We spent 3 days at the house of Ágata and it was amazing. The house has a wonderful beach decor and is very well equipped with kitchen utensils, washing machine, sun umbrella and beach chairs. The rooms and bathrooms are spacious and air-conditioned, and one of the suites on the ground floor has an adaptation, which was very helpful for my grandparents. In addition, it has an equipped and tasty BBQ area to enjoy with a delicious BBQ. Another very important point: the house was extremely clean when we arrived! The location of the house is excellent, close to restaurants, bars, fairs and shops, and of course the beach... Just cross the street and go down a path that is already on the beach, the proximity to the beach was important to us because of my grandparents!! Ágata is a separate show, is very friendly and polite, was flexible with our arrival time and helped us in what we need. We want to return!
