We stayed two nights only and it was right! Fernando responded quickly, provided the necessary information in a timely manner. The house and space were clean, utensils washed, and the pots glowing! Tip: Going by Rod.Anchieta you do not pay toll or the ferry and is faster however, it usually has a queue! Already on the other Highway you pay toll picks up dirt road and very winding, I do not advise! The house is large and the natural lighting of the room is a differential so, enjoy!

Valéria was a wonderfully kind host and fully requests, made me super comfortable and made me excellent recommendations about the region, the place met and exceeded my expectations providing me with privacy and warmth. I will be in São Paulo again for another study module and I have booked again… I recommend and still thank you for the company and enriching chat!

The property is very nice... all right, space, cleaning, .. The parents who take care of the property are nice, attentive, friendly. I recommend it. There is no garage, I left the car in front of the house, and they robbed me of the two wheels on the side of the ride...great loss.

My mother stayed here for a few months and Marcos was incredibly kind to her and took care of her. At first my mom was a little worried about her stay because she is afraid of cats and there were two very friendly cats in the courtyard next to the apartment, but she got used to it and Marcos made sure that any concerns she had were addressed. He even sent her brownies and a gift when she left to remember Brazil. He and his wife and very kind people.

We had a very comfortable stay and in a nice place, cozy and clean, Rebeca was always attentive to help us. Thank you very much for your attention. 100% recommended

Francine is a great host, very attentive and friendly and for sure this was one of the best places I booked on Airbnb (a shame I couldn't stay any longer). All the rooms were very clean and fragrant (from the entrance). I will definitely stay here again when I need hosting in São Paulo.

Note 10! It would be back for sure. The house is in a noble region of SP, safe to walk, beautiful and calm. Next to everything and 2 blocks from the Subway. Karen was a great host, she always responded quickly and solved the demands.

The location is fantastic. It is in a quiet street, next to the subway. The suite is excellent, has an amazing vibe. It's cozy, spacious, comfortable, beautifully decorated and incredibly smelling. The shared kitchen is complete and extremely organized. It is possible to see that Ana maintains the entire space with great zeal and affection.

It was a wonderful and comfortable stay with a very practical location just 8 minutes from UBER's transamerica expo center. Cris is an excellent host and always willing to help and make us more comfortable and comfortable. The Zoe kitty always beautiful and vigilant in the corridor welcoming visitors Rsrsrs (I love animals and Zoe is a beautiful kitten). I recommend it to everyone on Airbnb who want a well located place, with restaurants with good food very close by.

The location is excellent and the room is great. I just wish I could have stayed in an air-conditioned room, but there wasn't available. The room gets hot especially when windows are closed at bedtime. I felt hot even on cold days when everything was closed. So the ceiling fan had to stay on constantly.

The place is a very good place to stay. The stores are close by and the apartment has a large refrigerator so you can really grocery shop. The neighborhood is very friendly and safe. The apartment has everything you need. I walked to all shops and stores and even the Asian market. The Municipal market is minutes away in an uber. There are a lot of restaurants, bars, salons, barbershops in eyesight. I hope you enjoy your stay like I enjoyed mine

It was a great experience, Leandro and the whole family were extremely attentive and loving with me. I was very welcomed. The space is very nice, very well equipped with everything working perfectly. The shower is very nice and the bed very comfortable. The kitchen has the essential, very convenient. The place is very quiet and quiet allowing a good rest. There is a very good nearby Mall and a supermarket, bakery, laundry within walking distance.

Location and great stay

This is the third time I've stayed with Taciana. Unfortunately, the room I had booked had a strong cigarette smell. I informed the situation to the Taciana that promptly relocated me to another suite. The site is very well organized, clean and with excellent quality bed and bath linens. I recommend it!
