It is a nice and well-maintained place and the host matches the level of readiness and communication. I had to contact them to get the lock, as the first night we slept without being able to lock the door from the inside (which was a bit unpleasant). The resolution of the issue was, however, prompt and competent.

The building was secure, the lobby was well-appointed with espresso and water, and the outdoor area was intimate, relaxing, and quiet. We were so pleased with our accommodations and felt very much at home. They left a booklet with recommendations, important phone numbers, and suggestions for where we could park our rental car. Lastly, the daily breakfast was an amazing plus! Waking up to baskets of breakfast waiting for us added to the charm of this wonderful Airbnb. My group and I would absolutely stay here again!

This space is perfect. Everything was immaculate and the hosts were so very helpful in all respects. I recommend that you rent a car and do it through Ligia’s company.

We had a great time in the apartment, we found cleanliness and order upon arrival. There is convenient parking dedicated exclusively to those who stay, the area is very quiet, even at night. A few minutes drive from Ponta Delgada and the main communication routes. Excellent response from the owners to every request for information.

Amazing place, just like the photos. Everything you need in the apartment. When needed the hosts were always fast in responding and helping out. Such a gem amazing views. Just go for it. Would totally go back. Thank you to the hosts

There’s so much to love about this place! Check-in was a breeze, and the welcome booklet filled with instructions and recommendations was incredibly helpful. What truly sets this stay apart, though, is the breakfast—delivered right to your door each morning and packed with fresh fruits, wholesome grains, eggs, juices, and more. Parking can be a bit tricky at times, but I was fortunate to find a spot on the street. The pool had a few bugs here and there, but nothing that detracted from the overall experience.

Perfect apartment: clean, quite big and very well equipped. The only cons: you probably need a car to get around and, if you are a couple, the room has twin beds but if you ask in advance they probably can put them together or prepare the bed-settee that is made for two. Definitely recommended

Provides parking and is in a nice location. Easy starting point to travel around the island.
