Vacation rentals with a pool in São Lourenco Beach

The house has a great size, super clean, organized. We didn't care if it was close to the beach so it worked super well! Communication with Ederson and great! And Fabio that welcomes us is very kind and cordial! We'll definitely be back! We love it!

Our stay was wonderful! The house is way better than the ad photos, super airy, wide and very tasty. Super equipped, kitchen with different appliances available. Pertissimo of the supermarket, which makes everyday life much easier. Extremely clean rooms, good quality bed and bathrooms and lots of smells!!! We chose to hire Amanda aside and it was great, a hand in the wheel and a sweetheart! Marcio was also very helpful and kind in all communication. The location and view of the beach is perfect, really foot in the sand! I highly recommend it!

We love the house, she is very faithful to the photos. All the furniture is new, comfortable beds, clean sheets. The kitchen has all the utensils and the pool area is beautiful, with waterfall and lights. The only point of suggestion for improvement are the showers, which come out little water. The house is in a very good condominium, but it is almost at the end of the condominium, so it needs to have a car to get around, but this was already known when renting. Anyway, I highly recommend and would come back more often, it's worth it. Host is also very helpful and brought clear information from check-in and checkout.

Big and beautiful house with beds a send space for everyone! The pool & bbq area is awesome as well! The neighborhood is great with stores abs lots to do!

the house exactly the same as the photos, even more comfortable being there, the upper two rooms have air conditioning, the kitchen has all the necessary utensils, the pool the 4 days we spent and the water temperature was idealz many games in the house for fun, not to mention that it has a very useful outdoor area near the barbecue. Good space to park. The ideal and take off by car to the beaches and supermarket is 5 minutes by car.

ESPETACULAR! Maria Carla and Rodolfo are excellent hosts! Very friendly, lovely people! They were very clear in the information and very flexible regarding the checkout. The house is exactly as the photos show, a cozy place, extremely clean and very well equipped. I was delighted with the whim of all the details. Clean and smelling bed and bath linens. The condominium structure is excellent, my children loved the playground and enjoyed a lot in the heated pool. We only have to thank for the great service. We look forward to returning soon!

I spent 10 days feeling at home, I needed time and tranquility to work. Closed balcony with glass, it has a very nice landscape at night for green forest, in front of the building. Flat location, easy walk to the beach, functional building and everything very simple and easy to access. Ricardo was always attentive and proactive, and even managed to get an extra parking space for the weekend, as a courtesy. Flexible check-in and check-out, I definitely recommend it. Very well equipped apartment, with everything you need for stay (airfryer,toaster,sandwich maker,blender,kettle,microwave,coffee maker, washing machine and many other items) You really don't have to worry about a thing ; you have there at the apt. Estadia was excellent, good location, clean decoration, great showers, new pillows, very good condominium structure. Great balcony with barbecue, air conditioning in all rooms We were very pleased with the days we spent in the apt! Sandro served us promptly and warmly whenever we need to speak.

Excellent accommodation, very beautiful, clean and has everything you need for a very comfortable and cozy stay. Everything was very clean and organized in the apartment. The Condominium is also wonderful. All the time we see employees cleaning the common areas and taking care of the gardens and swimming pools. At night, everything is well lit up. Spirits singing nearby are an additional touch to the venue. Maria Carla and Rodolfo are very helpful and friendly, from the moment of the reservation until the departure of the apartment, passing all the necessary information for a quiet stay. Thank you Raquel, we had a wonderful time, the apartment is super complete. My husband was able to work quietly the days he was there. It's close to a restaurant, market, pharmacy. Close enough to walk to both Riviera and Itaguaré beaches. Great apartment for those with children as it is all screened, being very safe. We definitely left wanting to come back again.
