Vacation rentals with a fireplace in São Joaquim

The accommodation in the residential venson was very good, an amazing experience, the house is all equipped and very well prepared, everything well planned in every detail, a very cozy house, these days on site were very quiet. About the reception of cleuza and flávio are very attentive people dedicated to the best for the guests, they are always willing at any time. We are so grateful for the stay!!!

a simple and cozy house, very clean and organized, a very distant location with road access to the ground, ideal for those who want clean air and quiet. very helpful host. it has a place in the house with some utility items for sale in case you forget something.. this is great due to the distance.. the impeccable cleaning.. outside many pines, place for fire and a park with woodwork and ziplines.. we love. !!

All exactly as in the pictures, no disappointment about not finding the expected one. On the contrary, just surprises: Hosts' hospitality starts with freshly passed coffee to welcome guests and a willingness to talk about what to do nearby; bedding, bathrobes, towels, top of the line; shampoo, soap, breads, water bottles are very welcome and make life easier for guests. Even charcoal on the barbecue had, ready for use! Kitchen very functional and well equipped with premium appliances, all utensils for cooking and leaving organized after use (aluminum foil, paper towels, alcohol, detergent, had everything!) It had Netflix and even Alexa! We wake up late on vacation, so we'd do a brunch every day, go for a walk next and barbecue every night, as if we were at home, because nothing was missing. Estar between Urubici and S. Joaquim increases tour options. We will definitely return

I loved and will return to the location of Luiz. Good beds, good bedding, hot shower, heaters available, decorated with affection, blackouts, proactive host and close to everything. We slept very well and walk out for a walk. I loved it!

The location is spectacular, in the heart of nature, with a stunning landscape, but at the same time very close to the city center, which offers the best of both worlds. The house was impeccably clean and well cared for, with all the details designed to provide an even more enjoyable experience. The structure is wonderful, well-equipped, offering all the comfort we could expect. Each corner of the property reflects the care and affection of the hosts. Cibele and Gabriel were extremely attentive and accommodating. They made sure our stay went seamlessly. Their hospitality really made all the difference. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone who wants to connect with nature, but without giving up the comfort and proximity of the city. It was a fantastic experience!

The place is very nice, quiet and safe. The house has all the appliances working well, the rooms are spacious, with a kitchen and dining table that serves as a work table. It has a fireplace for the cold days and the shower heats up well. The car is parked next door with easy access. Coexistence with the dogs on the property who are tame and companions. It also has sheep, horses, and ducks that are all around, but secluded by the fence. The housekeepers are great and make you feel comfortable. The contact with the owner was quick and smooth. The internet is via radio, it works for the basics. Anyway I recommend the place, the whole region is very beautiful.
