We had a wonderful weekend! The house has accommodated my family very well, and look that my family is big rsrs... The house is wonderful and is located within a quiet condominium. During our stay, there were works in some surrounding houses, but as we spent the day out, it didn't bother us. However, if you're the kind of person who doesn't wake up early, you might be bothered by the hammers that started at 7am. The house was impeccably clean, and offers wi-fi and air conditioning in the rooms, which made our stay even more comfortable. We just missed an ironing board, but there was an iron available, which was a minor detail. The location of the house is excellent, close to everything. Of course, we would be staying there again, and if we return to Ponta Negra, we will rent again without hesitation. Ah, the condominium has a wonderful pool, but we don't use it due to the day-to-day rush.

The house is wonderful!! The host was very helpful and understanding. We were greeted with a homemade bread and a smile on his face. Me and my friends stayed in the house for almost twenty days and we had no unpleasant situation. The beach is close to the house and the village is full of shops and markets.

The house has a beautiful sea view, is wide and very well cared for, the decor has great taste, with items of inspiration and art. It has 6 suites, with comfortable beds, clean and smelling bedding and towels. New and optimally functioning Ares-conditionados. The room has a state-of-the-art TV, with well planned furniture. The kitchen is an Up Grade in the stay. All appliances work perfectly, with good space for baking work, and a pantry to easily store the groceries we carry. Pool is a show, very good! The local security, and admirable house structure. We feel very safe. There is a person to organize the common space of the house, which in this case gave us comfort and time to enjoy our time even more. And since I couldn't help but talk about Rosi, our receptive, she's a sweet person. Felizes!

Casa 100% matches the listing, perfectly accommodated 9 adults. Comodos are very large, super safe condominium. The only caveat is that the rooms take a while to freeze because the central ones are small but apart from that all perfect, it would be in this house again

Very cozy place. A little away from the sights of the city, but this was something I was already aware of when booking. The host was very welcoming and friendly. It was really worth the reservation!
