Our stay was great, super nice place, it felt like home. We were promptly received by Mrs. Nancy, super polite and very helpful.

We travel with family and friends, all with children. We were looking for a quiet place, with a pool and close to the sea. This place met exactly what we wanted. Casa super equipped with furniture, appliances and utensils, all very well cared for. Marici's Attention was excellent, super gentle and cordial.

The stay was amazing. The house exactly as described. Everything was perfect the cleanliness, the organization and the location. They were exceptional hosts with great affection and attention. It was a great choice ... the pool was great for my children and the garage for two cars something very important for us. we thank you for the flexibility and communication.

We had an amazing experience! The location is excellent, super close to the sea, and the view is beautiful. The house is very spacious, perfect for larger groups, very well equipped, both for preparing meals and for a comfortable stay. Another positive point is that our pets also felt super comfortable, which made all the difference for us. I highly recommend to those looking for a cozy, well-structured place and close to the beach.

The sole channel is in the property's backyard. Quiet and great place for fishing. Casa cozy and with items necessary for everyday life. We like it very much.

We had a wonderful stay on Airbnb! The location is perfect, with an amazing view of the beach, the historic center of São Francisco do Sul and the islands of Babitonga Bay. The place is very quiet and quiet, ideal for relaxing. Although the weekend was a bit cold, we were able to enjoy a lot of the environment, the sunrise and sunset are beautiful on a clean day. The hostess was extremely attentive, always available to help and make our stay more comfortable. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a quiet and enjoyable experience!

Super chill spot in the middle of nature, just one neighboring house, otherwise, it's like being in the jungle with a BBQ and nice open kitchen / livingroom. Also an amazing boardwalk to the lake, where you can see some exotic birds.

The house is complete, with everything we need for a comfortable and practical stay, the children loved the space. Mari was extremely attentive and helpful, always available to help us with what we needed. We feel very welcome.

Excellent accommodation, easy access location very close to the beach

The team is fantastic with prominence for Ramon, extremely proactive and quick to respond. It's not the first time I've been staying at some FlipChaves property and it won't be the last.

A beautiful apartment, well organized, beautiful decor, well ventilated. It has two bathrooms, which helps a lot, and with a beautiful view in every room. Well located, in a quiet place. All the utensils are very good. I felt very safe. My boyfriend is a video editor, and he said the internet is good for working, although the ideal is to do it in the living room, where the router is located (+100mb near it) Beach chairs are provided, there are pots for cooking, towels, toilet paper, cutlery, soaps, seasonings, very careful in every detail. I'll be back more often, we love Itapoá and this stay made it even better!!

This was my second long term stay with Artur and every bit as good as the first visit. He even added a capsule coffeemaker which satiafied my endless coffee addiction. Great location. Great pool and gym on top floor. Very nice apartment, and you couldn't ask for a better host.

Great location, not to mention the stunning sea view. 😍 The bedroom windows are also sea view and sleeping with the sound of the waves was an amazing experience! 🤗 Me and my family were very well received by Jean and Elaine, including some snacks and drinks. 🥰 They were always available when mandavamos msg, are super attentive and kind. Sensational the stay offered by Jones! The hut is excellent for those who are looking to get to know the area and stay in a property of great quality and comfort. Deu deu to see that the space was built and furnished with great attention to all the details and has a very good energy, with a beautiful view and a lot of tranquility. The location of the hut is also excellent, being minutes away from important points for a quiet stay, such as supermarkets, restaurants and parks in the city of Jaraguá do Sul. Jones and his family were excellent hosts and their support made the experience even more positive!
