Family-friendly vacation rentals in Santo Tomas

We really enjoyed staying in this beautiful house, with a quiet environment. The proximity to the sea was a real advantage. The relationships with the owner and the person who made the hosting, were kind and professional. A great experience!

My family and I had a wonderful time here, cooking and eating by the pool most nights and visiting local restaurants as well. A couple of beaches are within walking distance and the town is a short drive away (or with plentiful taxis). Everything worked perfectly and our hosts were responsive and helpful. Recommended.

Marta was a responsive and welcoming host who was super helpful, ensuring we had the best time!

Check in was very easy and there are supermarkets and beach nearby. Was nice but a bit cramped for six adults.

We stayed on the fourth one and liked everything. Quiet place. Lots of cats)

We have just come back from what was an incredible stay at Ramon's apartment. The apartment was beautiful, private, clean and tidy and extremely spacious! We had the best time. Ramon was always available to answer questions, before and during the stay. He was very flexible and tried to accommodate us with any requests we had. The location is perfect for buses to Mahon and a short walk to the beach in Punta Prima and just across the road is a waterpark! The pool at the apartment was fantastic and everyone had a brilliant time. There is acess to a BBQ and the apartment also had brilliant cooking facilities in the modern kitchen! The dishwasher was a welcome edition! We will be returning again next year! Thank you Ramon!

We had a great time there. The beautiful beach, pool, restaurants, and a super market are all within walking distance. The beach is so nice, peaceful, and family friendly. Our kids loved to play there. There is a hiking trail next to the apartment which I took for morning jogging. Luis was very nice and responsive. The apartment was clean and comfortable, perfect for a family of 5 with kids. We love to go back there!

Apartment as described however the terrace is a little small for 4 people. Too bad there is no oven or grill (barbecue, plancha) and an umbrella. Very Quiet Neighborhood.

The location is superb, a lovely outlook across the bay, very quiet and convenient for visiting the whole island. The design of the apartment and the surrounding buildings are traditional spanish and far more attractive than many developments in coastal mainland Spain and the islands. The apartment is very well appointed and we were able to selfcater easily for 2 weeks. A delightful holiday and we have no hesitation in recommending Anna's place to anyone. Peter and Claire

We loved our stay at Eva’s place! She was very helpful with providing directions and suggestions for what to visit, where to eat, etc. Menorca is quiet in Feb. with not many things open near the house, so we were glad to have a car that provided us with easy access to the different parts of the island and restaurants / nightlife in the bigger town centers.

we had a great week with the family at Maria's place. Laria who lives next door welcomed us. the house is really very large perfect for 8, super clean. the pool is very nice in size, layout, exposure, quiet. the road is narrow to come but it goes with the charm of this farmhouse in Menorca. the position of the house was perfect for us who traveled the whole island. there are restaurants in the city next door accessible in 5 mins by car, playable by bike but not on foot. quiet with views of the countryside, a lot of charm. we hear an eye on the road that passes 200 meters but it's ok. a bemol, the quality of the wifi not great including the network and the quality of the beds was ok but can do better. we'll be right back

We have just left this fabulous property. Everything about the property was great and we loved the beautiful garden. Overall it exceeded our expectations and would highly recommend. Bed(s) great, cute apartment lovingly furnished, clean, basically everything essential available . Part of a private residential complex with apartments arranged in groups of four. Shared pool quite small but nice. Reliable communication, check-in/-out via instructions, yet simple and clear and personally looked after. We would love to recommend it!

It's a wonderful house in a great place that is carried by Pepe, who is an excellent host. Hopefully we can come back, it's 100% worth it!!

Very pretty, peaceful and private house tucked away in Cala Morell, overlooking the forest and surrounded by nature. Joana gave us easy directions to get to the house which is barely 10 minutes from the beautiful town of Ciutadella which has plenty of shops for everything you need and some very good restaurants. We visited in late October and the garden still gets the sun though the day with enough shade to cool down. There is a pool which overlooks only the calm of the forest. Two beautiful beaches are just up the coast, our favorite being Platja des Bot, a short walk through the trees from the carpark. Any communication with the hosts received an almost immediate response which makes any planning easier. We really enjoyed our stay and we will be back next year. Thank you Joana and Miquel.

We really loved our stay here! The villa was spacious and clean with a lovely pool. The location was also brilliant, a short walk to the beach, and close to both the old and new towns of Binibeca. Laura was really responsive and friendly, even letting us extend our check out time as we had a late flight home. Would definitely recommend!

The house was spacious and clean. It is located in a peaceful location, just a short walk to the beach and shops/restaurants and by the coastal path. The kitchen has modern appliances and is well equipped. There were pool noodles, water squirters, buckets and spades.

Great stay at Juan's place. Warm welcome and very available to give us information for beaches, shopping and restaurants. The house is very nice with direct access to the cala. We will gladly return to this corner of the island and especially in Cala forcat. Thanks again Juan.

This villa was a fabulous find, beautiful villa, modern and in an unreal spot. Walkable to a supermarket, lots of restaurants and bars in 5 minutes and walkable to the beach cove within 10 minutes. There’s also a bus to Ciutadella which took no time at all. The place is perfect for relaxing but has plenty if you wished to explore. It was a fabulous week and Franck was incredibly responsive with any questions or concerns. We would definitely return it was a beautiful spot!

Great value for money! I start with our guests, who were really friendly and friendly, available and ready to be useful.. The photos of the house speak for themselves: enchanting and dreamy place, unparalleled location, very quiet and charming neighborhood. The house is cozy, you can settle in a hurry and feel at home, it has every comfort, washing machine and dishwasher, smart TV, microwave, good beach equipment.. Special mention for the covered garage with internal staircase that connects directly to the entrance, very useful in case of rain! The furnishings are not luxurious, but simple and harmonious, the real luxury is a place to live, overlooking the pool and the sea, with spectacular sunsets and beautiful stars! Thank you very much Francesc and Cristóbal, we will forever have your little house in our hearts!

We had a fabulous stay here - the accommodation was spot on, bed very comfortable and the pool was a massive bonus. We loved the privacy in the terraced area, and we used the BBQ one night for tea, kitchen was well equipped. The AC in the bedroom was great, and overall exactly what we had hoped for. We would love to come back and stay again.
