Waterfront vacation rentals in Santo Domingo Province

Great stay and great host!

We have stayed in many Airbnb apartments but this was the best by far. We stayed for 3 weeks and it was the closest feeling of being at home. Andres is the real super host. The beds were what we have at home, sheets, comforters of great quality, AC was quiet and worked well. There were sufficient plates, utensils, cups, glasses, and everything else one might need. Washing machine, dryer, refrigerator, etc. all were great. We found the place very clean and Andres even provided soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and so much more. This was the best and well worth the price. Thank you Andres.

Tiny studio well located and very well decorated. I felt like home. Marianelis Is very reactive and kind. Zona colonial is something like 6min walking distance.

As I celebrate my one year anniversary of continuing stay, I’m delighted to share that José Luis’s place is hands down one of the best destinations decision I’ve ever made… what gets me is the exquisitely underrated privacy, and security of the location; not to mention that what truly makes this stay an awesome home away from home, is the host José Luis, and his lovely family. Truly a wonderful place!

Don't delay, book this beautiful apartment today! This place was perfect for us and Carmen was a helpful host. It is on the third floor, no elevator, so be advised you must climb stairs. The apartment is so spacious, it has a big living/dining room, 2 bedrooms, nice kitchen, washing machine room, bathroom, and a covered patio that seats 5 - it was a nice breakfast spot. TV in main bedroom works great and has many channels. WiFi is strong, water is hot, AC is easy to use. Drinking water is provided, which is a great amenity. There's a neat spiral staircase to the roof which provides a nice view. The neighborhood is convenient and safe, it's only about 3 blocks to the waterfront and a short walk (about 15 minutes) to the Cathedral. Lots of good restaurants on Calle de Conde (walking street) nearby. You will be comfortable and have plenty of space here, so come and enjoy your Santo Domingo home!

I just spent a week at Andres' place for a girl's vacation, we had the best time. The apartment is beautiful and just like the pictures. Check in was super easy, they met us right there at the front door. They even arranged a taxi for us at the airport so getting there was a breeze. We had most meals in and it was so convenient, there is a grocery store within a 10 minute walk that carried everything we needed. The prices were also very inexpensive, much less than buying food in the US. Andres checked in with us shortly after we arrived and I was able to ask him any questions I had, he replied right away. The beach is gorgeous and very quiet right now, we pretty much had it all to ourselves. The water is pristine, crystal clear. There was some construction going on while we were there, but we didn't hear anything inside the apartment.I hope for another opportunity to stay in this apartment, I would definitely do it again!

Le logement était à une rue du malecon. Il y avait du stationnement privé. La maison était impeccable et les lits confortables. J'y retournerais sans hésiter.

Reservamos el alojamiento por 1 semana porque queramos hacer el cumple de mi pareja y el Getting Ready porque nos casabamos. Ken fue muy amable y siempre estuvo al pendiente en todo momento, el alojamiento estaba muy limpio y las camas eran muy cómodas. El área de la piscina era perfecta (hicimos el cumpleaños ahí), la cocina espaciosa y las habitaciones también... en fin, que estuvimos encantados con nuestra estancia y, sin duda alguna, volveremos.

I have to say amazing I mean amazing the location is perfect you can get anything right around corner the host is brilliant always there if you need the house is way better than pictures it show trust me and most importantly thing I feel safe there

Carlenis was a great host throughout our stay! She was very responsive and communicative during the entire trip. The property was very quiet and made it feel safe since it was gated. Each room was as described in the listing and the photos as well. The beach was about a 10-15min walk from the property as well. I look forward to staying here again in the future. I had a great stay! The location was perfect—within walking distance to La Zona and surrounded by plenty of nearby restaurants. It was also very quiet, making for a peaceful and relaxing experience.

Isabel's place was great. Its only one of two apartments in the complex that has air conditioning in the living room area and not only in the bedrooms.

Our family really enjoyed staying at this clean and comfortable apartment. It had amazing views of the ocean and Santo Domingo from the patio. The host was very nice and responsive. It felt like a very safe apartment complex and area. There was a pharmacy in the same complex which was helpful.

Encantadisimaa!! Todo estuvo genial,la estadia, el ambiente, la seguridad,la comunicación con edward , la localización del apartamento tiene todo cerca, los delivery llegaban en segundos!! La verdad que queria quedarme unos dias mas pero ya estaba rentado , pero sin duda me volveria a quedar en ese bello lugar, gracias edward por todo!!!! ÉXITOS🙏🏼
