Extremely quiet site with a beautiful view. Our family made much use of the condominium, the children loved the pool. We want to come back more often. Clean, organized and complete space. Luiz is a great host.

Hello, good afternoon. We were on the Carnival holiday of 2025. We were in 4 families, 10 people. The condominium is stunning, a tourist point of Campos do Jordao, all the time people taking pictures. The apartment is huge, as described. It had everything you can imagine of everyday utensils. In the kitchen, I had everything you need to eat. Water filter, microwave, toaster, refrigerator, gas stove. had washer and dryer, clothes dryers. cleaning utensils. the rooms complete with bedding, towels and heaters. tv, wi-fi. a complete apartment to stay. the host is a nice person and always asking questions. we were greeted by the condominium janitor, a friendly and helpful person. The only bad thing was having to leave. were wonderful days. the location is great, from going to the center of Capivari on foot.

Andrea's place is great! It has everything you need for a comfortable and practical stay! The location is excellent! Pertinho do Centrinho where there are several restaurants and entertainment. Just a few minutes of hiking! Ah, not to mention that Mr. João, extremely kind and helpful, helped us in everything we need! Our stay was a 10! We'd be back for sure!

My stay was perfect!! The apartment is super organized! On site there is a restaurant with affordable prices and delicious food, it's worth eating on site before going out! The gym is impeccable! Toy room with several options. You can book without fear! Ana is very attentive

We had a wonderful experience at the apartment, I recommend and I will definitely return! Very cozy, close to everything, a relaxing atmosphere with a wonderful view. You don't have to worry about anything, it has iron and ironing board, basic cooking utensils, we caught rain one day and we didn't bring the umbrella, but it even did! Kátia is also a very considerate, caring and flexible hostess, I just have to thank you. 🫶🏻

Junior is kind, helpful and quick to respond. The apartment is spotless. It's so nice that the risk is wanting to stay at home instead of going out. We didn't use anything in the condominium except the playground, but it's all beautiful and impeccable. The apartment is extremely well equipped, good beds and blankets, appropriate heater, all the utensils, appliances and portable electronics you can imagine. Very close to Capivari, we only went out on foot. The building is on a hill, but it was still worth it in relation to the traffic, since it was the closing weekend of the winter festival. We'll be back for sure! The stay was excellent.

Paula and Gustavo were great hosts, always attentive and ready to help us with everything we needed. The space and view are amazing. We hope to return more often.

Very comfortable apartment, lovely view of the balcony and great location. The condominio has a great structure, with a restaurant, a heated pool and a sauna. The only downside was a bit of mildew smell in the hallways, probably due to the carpet. But we feel like going back for sure.

Excellent ! Flawless house, clean organized, with all the utensils available. The site is even better than the photos, a large and comfortable environment. We forgot some personal items and Márcio was asked and agile to help us promptly. I highly recommend it, and we will definitely return again. Experience that was well worth it.

The appartment is amazing! Just as advertised. Roberto and Rosana extremely helpful, they helped us in everything on our journey with the baby. Having a bathtub and cradle made our stay much easier and helped us to get a stroller (rented) which helped us a lot! I recommend and want to come back more often!

Communication with Rodrigo was very quiet. The house is spectacular, better than in the photos. Large, spacious and comfortable. We hired Elisa, homemade, to help us the days we stayed and it was wonderful. Very dear and attentive, it even made cake for us. We recommend to everyone :)

This is the second time that my friends and I have stayed at this home. The house is perfect, extremely well-equipped, comfortable and spacious. Optimal recommendation for those looking to enjoy a few days' stay with many friends. The entrance to the condominium is located 15~20min from downtown Campos do Jordão and is a very private place in the middle of nature. Very easy check in and check out. Fernando and the homemade Anderson very helpful and always available for any questions. I highly recommend it.

Dona Izabel's house was WONDERFUL!!! Extremely comfortable, welcoming, spacious house is impeccable!! We spent 2 spectacular nights there!!! The location and view of the house and this time the best attribute of the site. We all thought we were in Suiza. We had a memorable weekend! We were 20 people!!! And the house still had room. The rooms (5 very comfortable and complete suites) are fantastic, well served the children (6 children) slept in the movie room, they loved it because they were able to enjoy different and joyful nights. The super comfortable and well tidy and equipped kitchen. Great barbecue! We prepared a very good barbecue on the second day. I highly recommend the house of Dona Iza, for sure when I return in Campos do Jordão I will rent again!! It's better than any hotel!! The house has a lady we hired for the days we spent there, Mrs. Lili! She is a wonderful woman! Highly efficient, polite and helpful!! In the end, simply PERFECT house!

Great house. Only the bath towels, super small, disproportionate to the level of the house . We had a small setback with the two-suite water heater for two days. The rest of the village, everything impeccable. We will return.

My wife and I liked the listing very much, and the host, Paulo, was extremely helpful and very friendly all the time, even though we made the reservation on short notice, he was able to help us all the time, he gave us all the necessary instructions, and so we were able to rest and enjoy the trip.

Our stay was simply wonderful! The house is of the dreams, even more beautiful than in the pictures. Clean, modern, well-equipped house with a sensational view. We will definitely be back soon!!!
