Excellent location, apartment equipped with everything you need, good sector, super friendly reception people, good hosts. I would only recommend paying a little more attention to cleaning and maintaining the apartment inside before delivering to the next guest, since some things/furniture are somewhat deteriorated. 100% recommended place to stay!

Beautiful view of the Andes mountains. The apartment is very nice, very clean, and well-stocked. It is so helpful when Airbnb apartments have salt and this apartment had plenty of salt! The building has a gym and a pool that is open in the summer. It is near the Bellas Artes metro station so it is very fun and convenient.

it is small but a nice apartment, it is all the same as the photos in.airbnb,The owner is very kindly and the Nice point is that be offered to clean all in each week gratis, it should be your best choose!

the Department is very comfortable and easily accessible, really equipped with everything you need to spend a few spectacular days, full kitchen, very comfortable beds! the terrace is a luxury! we are delighted, we will definitely be back!

The apartment is comfortable, safe and in a good location

I love staying in this building. I have stayed there many times and Elias has a very nice unit. It is very clean and well furnished. The pillows are comfortable. The building has a gym and a pool (summer only). It’s right next to a supermarket and 1 block from metro Bellas Artes. The view is also nice.

It was a great place to stay. My friend and I felt very comfortable there and did not want to leave. It was a little dusty when we arrived, and the window is not 100% soundproof but other that I had no problems with it. Great location close to the subway, and very convenient that there were laundry machines and driers on the top floor. We would definitely stay again if we had the chance.

Alejandra is very accessible, always attentive and responds quickly. The apartment is beautiful, quiet, safe, quality bed and sofa-bed, and had everything for the stay to be quiet. We felt at home.

Jorge was a great host, very attentive and proactive. The apartment is great, everything is very new and clean. The surroundings are very safe, with many market options, restaurants, malls and public transportation. I would certainly come back!

You just need cups to have tea l coffee, maybe a little more prepared services as a kitchen material

great wifi and cozy size. closet space is a bit small for 2 people long term, but we are still happy we stayed here.

The stay turned out quite well, according to the published and Galina was very attentive about communicating the news of the building, use of the apartment and giving facilities at check-in. The apartment is 3 blocks from the metro Santa Isabel so it is very practical in locomotive issues. During my stay I had no problems with annoying noises or security.

Clean place with basic amenities such as Towels and soap/shampoo (one sometimes with lightning trips doesn't have it on hand) then this creates a “comfortable and friendly” stay

Carlos was very kind and was always willing to help me. There was a theme with the wifi that had to do with something external and Carlos did everything to get it fixed.
