great stay, I recommend to everyone, has all the necessary items... pressure cooker, plates ,glasses,pots, cutlery knives,blankets, tanning cups, refrigerator, microwave,Air fry..stove, cake shape, fry... fan... everything we need in everyday life... and still has a beautiful sunset,and the moon... birds singing for those who love nature and quiet...

I spent my New Year's Eve in the house and it was an amazing experience. All the clear information, super attentive host and the house is much better, cozy and beautiful than the pictures ! It felt like home and it was a New Year's Eve on the right foot! My family and I feel very happy and satisfied with the stay at the house and we will definitely come back more often ... super recommend !!!

We had a great stay at Antonio’s house. The place is very private and great to relax in the middle of busy São Paulo. Having Duda, who is the housekeeper, present was also very helpful since we were a large group. The location is also really good and close to shopping malls and trendy areas easily accessible by uber.

People please go!!! Magic place, for those who like the perfect place nature. I am passionate about waterfall and this is the backyard, birds, butterflies... perfect for relaxing and contemplating nature. The house is beautiful, clean, everything perfect. With an incredible price, the studio is beautiful and functional. The location is excellent for those who want to be close to the main cultural points of São Paulo. The building is comfortable, extremely secure and offers various services to guests, such as luggage compartment, laundry and swimming pool. The hostess, Dani, is very proactive and attentive. It was one of the best calls I've received since I started using Airbnb.

The stay in the space of Caique was wonderful organized super clean apartment, it's everything is just perfect we feel at home we love everything , it is well located with commerce to the surroundings, the communication with the Caique is very good easy and fast , it was perfect and we will be staying again . The place in fact was exactly beautiful ! Every unique and delicate detail, in the announcement does not really show how beautiful the environment is, super pleasant and has a huge peace, I particularly loved every detail!

The apartment is exactly as described. Smelly bedding, table and bath linens. Clean toilets. Flat-screen, good for those who have a pet or children. So we miss the air-conditioning, the rest is ok. Elder has proven to be a good host: polite, kind, and helpful.

this apartment is of high quality, perfect for us and our 2 children, we enjoyed the terrace, the spa every day and night. The building is clean and very secure. The neighborhood is central, we did the tours on foot, or by bus at the bottom of the building. It should be noted that the neighborhood is rather noisy, and also with homeless people set but that didn't stop us from going out during the day and also in the evening without a problem. we recommend it!

Lugar super well located, close to several restaurants, mini markets, subway and pharmacies. Communication with the owner was also always quick and effective. The space is fun, as are the amenities. I highly recommend it.

Highly, highly recommend staying at João and Lucinda's well appointed place! They really went beyond with what they offer in their space with so many bonus items including a collection of cozy blankets, a large oscillating fan, tons of closet storage, large clothes drying rack and a variety of pillows just to name a few. João and Lucinda were super gracious hosts and very quick to respond with extra details. The building is highly secure with friendly folks who let you in and also can secure your luggage in a locked up area. Location was close to many things including a large supermarket, restaurants, local attractions, retail stores and minutes away from the popular Rua Oscar Freire. The cleanliness and upkeep was superb, no signs of wear and tear with anything. The area was quiet and had a nice balcony with seating. Really enjoyed staying at this place for a week and would definitely stay there again!

Excellent location near tons of shops, cafes, bars, and restaurants. Her apartment is cute, cozy, and quiet, overlooking the pool at the back of the condominium. The AC and shower/hot water work great, the bed is comfortable, and the glassed-in patio is a great place to work from since the WiFi is fast. Would definitely have stayed longer if it was available!

The apartment is on the top (18) floor and has a beautiful view of the city, especially at sunset. The bed was very comfortable and the spa was relaxing. There were plenty of amenities such as a dishwasher, microwave, large refrigerator and freezer and a laundry machine. The air conditioners were great but there was also a pleasant breeze with the windows open. Roger and his crew responded to all my inquiries quickly and had many recommendations for things to do around the city. Also the neighbors in the building were al very nice.

Very good apartment, with all the conditions in excellent condition. The hosts are very kind and willing to help at all times. I would take this apartment again on a next occasion.

We really loved the apartment, it’s cozy and comfortable, the amenities are great, the pool is awesome, good space to work. However we would like to recommend the host to have soap to do laundry. It’s a shame we can’t have guests because it’s a great place to host a dinner (not a party lol). Thank you very much, Marcos!

This is my third time staying there. The district has become trustworthy for me whenever I need to be in the neighborhood of Santo Amaro. Good locality (close to two subway stations), great condominium with very educated staff, the hosts are very kind as well. If I have another appointment in the region, I will certainly consider going back to the apt.
