Zehaan’s place was very cosy and comfy! Very responsive host. Was just a text away! Its a very safe building with proper security. Room had all the amenities and was very spacious. Would love to visit again whenever Im in mumbai next time.

Himanshu is an exceptional host. Here's what I liked about the place: Location: the location of the property is lovely as the terrace gives you beach view and the beach is literally just 2 minutes walking distance from here. It's peaceful, and we loved going to the beach for a walk in the evening. It's also very safe. Property: all the bedrooms are similar and kept very neat and tidy. The hygiene is taken care of, and the rooms facing the beach are super breezy! The interiors are well done too. The pool is a decent size for 15 to 20 people. There's also ample parking for upto 6 cars. The staff: the staff is hospitable and professional. They gave us our privacy but were available round the clock for anything that we needed help with. The food: We had opted for inhouse meals, and the food was delicious. I think, this is the only family friendly villa so close to the beach, and totally worth the money. 10/10 experience!

I had a fantastic stay at City Homes Cochin Villa Apartment in Bandra! The apartment was amazingly well-furnished, offering both comfort and style. The location is unbeatable, with all the famous spots, eateries, and markets just a short walk away making it incredibly convenient for anyone exploring the area. Another great feature is the pay-and-park facility at Trios, which made it easy to manage our car parking without any hassle. This is my 2nd stay in Airbnb and 1st in Mumbai. Mrs Neelu & her husband are very elderly couple. They are very friendly and soft spoken. I was taken care like a child during my stay asking about food, local travel, resting. So, without a second thought you can stay. And, last day of the checkout I had to attend an online meeting and I requested uncle and he was courteous to share his study room for that 1 hr. So, get there without any worries.

The flat was beautiful, clean and extremely peaceful. The description in the listing was accurate. It's walkable from the Bandra sea view. Would recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable stay in Mumbai.

Our stay was an extremely comfortable and enjoyable experience. Their in house caretaker is an excellent cook and very attentive. Plus Satish was very responsive and an accommodating host.

The property was very peaceful and comfortable to stay at. The caretakers, Chintu and Meera were most helpful. Had a great trip and outing. Definitely worth it.
