Apartment vacation rentals in Santa Sofia

A nice apartment, 5 minutes walk to the beach. In the middle of the best part of Marino Centro, and still an easy walk to the historical center of Rimini. The host was very friendly and helpful to us in searching for a permanent apartment to live in.

Fabulous month long stay that felt like home! Quiet location but super convenient for Florence attractions or train/bus for day trips. And the view is amazing! Coffee and diner with view of Duomo and Florence rooftops. Loved it!

Beautiful apartment that was even bigger than we thought. Plenty of space for a family to relax. Location was perfect.

This is the 2nd time ive stayed in this apartment. As before, Elly was an excellent host and so made everything easy for us. The train station and tram stops are a short walk. all of the major tourists spots are very close and walkable from here, and there are so many lovely bars and restaurants near by. The apartment is well looked after, clean and very comfortable. The next time i return to Florence i will try and stay here

Apartment with a small garden located in an elegant and quiet neighborhood, with a beautiful park in front. Not far from the center and the sea. Very well divided between living area, bedrooms and bathrooms. Equipped with every comfort. We had a pleasant vacation and we hope to return

Nice apartment in a very good position. Close to the beach, on the street full of trees and shops, but in a calm area. Great benefit is a big terrace with you private space. Francesco is a great and welcome host. He provided us with a tips for walks, restautants, shops... He introduced us the rules, everything great prepared a sent details by phone. We had about 3 extra requests to solve and he was always kind and ready to fulfill our wish.

Lisa’s apartment looks exactly the same as seen in the pictures. The host replied almost instantly. Had a great time.

My family and I enjoyed our stay, the place is very beautiful, was very well kept, looked great, Smelled great. The bedrooms are very specious and the bed are comfortable. The host is very kind and responds to all the questions and concerns.

Via Vigna Nuova 17 exceeded our expectations as all of the areas in the survey. We could not have been happier with the apartments. Having washing machines was perfect for our needs. We easily walked to everything we wanted to do in Florence, to include several great restaurants. Gaia & Pietro's instructions (to include pictures) were extremely helpful. Our time in Florence was so memorable and a lot of that had to do with the wonderful accommodations.

You can tell this place is loved. Elena grew up there. There are so many nice touches you don't usually see. Very comfortable. The only, and I mean only, drawback is the intermittent internet connection. Resetting the router fixes this most of the time, but not always. Unless you must have wifi all the time, absolutely stay here.

This is a wonderful place to stay. We appreciated the history, architecture, and beautiful artwork in this home. This is really a gem. The house was perfect for our family of four. We had lots of room to relax after a day of exploring. The artwork is amazing as is the history of the house. We liked browsing through the extensive selection of books. The garden was very pretty. The location is convenient. We were able to walk to the museums and stroll the beautiful streets. The coffee shop a few steps away was great for breakfast and coffee breaks. Stefano and his father were excellent host and we would love to stay here again.

An Airbnb experience like no other We were fortunate enough to book our holiday at Villa Cellaia and what a delightful surprise. The accommodation is designed and finished to a very high standard and so are all the facilities on site. Stefano, Lisa and their lovely boys treated us like us like friends. They were very helpful, informative and went out of their way to advise and suggest about where to go and what to do. Couldn’t have wished for nicer hosts. This was such a beautiful place and a great find! We were pleasantly surprised with the size of the place, and the location was central to so many of the places we wanted to see. A couple things to note if you do stay: there are A LOT of stairs leading up to the apartment. We expected the stairs to some extent but it was a lot. Also, there is no glassware other than mugs. The shower is also on the smaller side. All of those were so minuscule in comparison to how great the stay was, though. Would highly recommend this apartment!

Franco & family were outstanding hosts. Helped us with reservations & shopping recommendations. You must visit his leather stores. We all bought gorgeous coats & bags. Apt. Was beautiful in great location. Wish we could stay longer. Do not hesitate to book this.

The pictures of Matteo’s place show a beautiful view of the Arno. That view is not exaggerated. It is even more beautiful in person. The apartment was spotless and well stocked with linens and toiletries. The kitchen had a useful and very functional supply of glasses, plates, and silverware along with nice appliances. The apartment also includes a washing machine which was extremely convenient Matteo provided a bilingual binder (English and Italian) with instructions for the apartment, public transportation, private transportation, as well as on-point recommendations for local restaurants that aren’t tourist traps. The neighborhood was exactly as we had hoped - more residential in nature with a diverse blend of shops, restaurants, cafes, bars, and gelaterias. Matteo’s team was very responsive. We needed assistance securing an early morning ride to the airport, and they put us in direct touch with a driver who was friendly and punctual. In short, it was a perfect stay.

Everything was perfect, we had a dream stay! They even allowed us to do a late check-out. Thank you for everything

Our stay was kind of long which made this place perfect. Close to my daughter’s campus as she is studying abroad in Florence. Easy to get to all the attractions. Host was super helpful and super responsive at every point in our stay. We would stay here again.
