What a wonderful cozy place to entertain.

Emily’s house was a great stay for us and made our stay in the area amazing! The house is beautiful with great design choices throughout. The pool is a great addition as well and there is ample space to have a good time. Emily was a great host and gave us great recommendations throughout the area. She was very responsive and wouldn’t hesitate to help. The neighborhood was beautiful and the area itself was a quiet nice beach town that makes the area great for vacation. Highly recommend this house!

This was a great place to stay based on location. It’s across from the pool and hot tub area. And about a 10 minute walk to the beach. It’s also easily accessible from the main road area. When we checked in, we had a little bit of an issue with heat being on and it being stuffy in the house. I sent a couple messages and it was shut off the next day. (The air/heat is controlled by the owner remotely). The kitchen has limited cooking supplies but had what we needed. The house is very roomy and the 7 of us enjoyed our time here. I would recommend to anyone staying in the Destin area.

Beautiful home, much bigger inside than expected. Very clean with a good yard for pups. Quiet neighborhood, easy access. Would stay again if in the area!

This was my first time staying at an Airbnb and I couldn't be happier. Tammy was a wonderful host. Whenever I had a question she was prompt to respond and made the whole process easy and relaxing. The property is beautiful and the pool was just what I needed. Everything was around a 20 minute drive. The area was quiet and clean. An overall wonderful experience and I will definitely stay here again if I'm ever in the area.

Absolutely LOVED our stay here. Very accomodating also! The house is beautiful and has everything inside youd need and our pets LOVED the fenced in backyard and the kids never wanted to get out of the pool! Will be coming back next year!

We had a great time during our stay. The house was clean and exactly as we expected. The back porch was a great place to unwind in quiet. Walkable but we did rent a cart for ease of transporting our beach gear.

We loved our stay at this home. It was extremely well equipped in the kitchen and plenty of backyard things to do with the pool, spa, ping pong, sand box, and games. The location is only 2 blocks from the beach which made it easy to do when we wanted toes in the sand. Destin Commons shopping was also a few blocks away. Matthew was very responsive to our requests and addressed most of our issues quickly. We would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

The house was beautiful. Very roomy and clean. Perfect fit for my family. Barbara was very responsive to my questions and very helpful. Checked on us to make sure that we were comfortable and if we needed anything. What a very sweet and kind lady. We will return to stay here on any future visits. Great location, beautiful pool, and a safe neighborhood. Many of the neighboring homes are AirBnbs as well, so be prepared for outdoor music during peak seasons, but the home and service from management was wonderful! Very responsive to issues and even offered an early checkin. I would stay here again!

We spent Christmas Day and a few days after at this cozy spot, and it was everything we could have hoped for! The thoughtful touch of chocolate and gift cards was such a sweet surprise—thank you for making our holiday extra special! The home was perfect for relaxing, fully stocked with everything we needed, and the location made exploring the area super easy. It felt like a home away from home, and we truly enjoyed every moment. Our stay at The Josephine was exceptional!The property was beautiful and incredibly spacious, providing plenty of room for our family of eight. It was spotlessly clean. The location was perfect—close to great dining options and just a short trip to the beach. Angela was so responsive and helpful and wanted to make sure our stay was as good as it could be. Highly recommend The Josephine for a relaxing and memorable getaway!

Josh is an excellent host - the communication pre-stay and during the stay was spot on. The house was very comfortable for two families with little ones. Arguably one of the best equipped kitchens we’ve had in an Airbnb. The outdoor spaces were very nice.

Caroline’s house was wonderful! House was large and welcoming, with all the amenities anyone would need. The hot tub was so nice and relaxing after the busy day. The yard was private and fenced in, and the dogs absolutely loved it! Caroline even had amenities for the dogs! Caroline was extremely responsive, and always made sure we had what we needed. I don’t think she supplied the “never ever happens” snow storm for us, but being from the north we simply enjoyed the novelty of snow in Florida!! Would highly recommend Caroline as host, and Caroline’s house for a memorable vacation. Thank you Caroline!

This was a wonderful place to stay on 30A! It was beautiful home and close walking distance or golf cart ride to the beach. We loved our time here. The hosts were very responsive and helpful when needed.

The place was nice but it smelled kind of musty and my mom has some asthma issues but dmitry was very kind and helped us get a refund due to my mom’s issue.

Joe was phenomenal with his communication and quick turn around getting the house ready on short notice. We had to evacuate due to hurricane Helena and had a really hard time finding a place that would accommodate our dogs and boat. The yard is beautifully landscaped and my wife enjoy the garden space. It was very peaceful for her recovery from surgery. Joe was kind enough to allow her to take a clipping from one of his plants. Highly recommend this home. Perfect location as well. Definitely will make this our go to vacation rental in the future. Thank you Joe and your staff for making a stressful situation seamless.

We had a great experience! Before our stay, Minh responded quickly to our questions. Getting there was easy, and we had access to the property without any issues. The location was perfect for getting to the beach or the grocery store. The place was very spacious—my family and I gathered there for Thanksgiving, and the family table was perfect for the occasion. I also appreciated the little touches, such as the coffee, spices for cooking, and the variety of pots and pans available. Thank You Minh.
