Staying at Quinn's condo was a wonderful experience! The stunning beach view matched the description perfectly, and we loved watching the sunrise from the balcony—it was such a serene start to our day. The condo, located on the 5th floor, is easily accessible thanks to a conveniently located elevator just steps away. While it's about a 30-minute drive to Destin's main attractions and beaches, the peaceful setting was well worth it. Quinn was an excellent host—friendly, proactive, and always helpful. We’d absolutely consider staying here again!

Jacquie was amazing! The place was just as described and she was very responsive to any concerns we had. The only thing is we wish we would’ve known about the construction before a week upon our trip. Jacquie was very apologetic and made our trip worthwhile. Will definitely use her place in the future! Thank you for an amazing visit.

Beautiful townhouse…so peaceful looking out over the bay. We loved the patio! Our son spent hours fishing off of the nice new dock. Amazing pool…one of the largest I have seen in the area. Easy beach access across the street. Beds were super comfortable…loved waking up to the sun on the bay every morning. Kimberly was an amazing host & responded quickly when we had a question. Definitely plan to stay again!

Lovely condo right on the beach with 3 great pools and hot tubs. Was well stocked. When I texted a need, the requested items were delivered immediately. Plenty of space, comfortable bed, and appreciated the beach items. I stay often at Navarre Beach, and this was one of my best rental experiences.

This was my second stay here... for good reason. This place is amazing and it was a great stay again. Everything is as described and it's perfect getaway.

We said multiple times while on this trip “This is the best vacation we’ve taken in a while!” and it’s due mostly to this beautiful home at a beautiful location that we stayed at. There’s nothing better than opening your back door and walking straight out to the beach, and that’s all you have to do if you stay here. My husband wants to make this a yearly trip and return to this location each time. The managing company was wonderful to work with and made the check in process easy. The home was ready early and they text to let us know. Also, we had an A/C issue with the 2nd floor unit and they sent out a tech at 8:30 pm (it ended up being an extremely clogged drain…just something that happens with A/C units in hot FL and only a repairman was able to fix…no one’s fault). They were easy to get ahold of to communicate the problem with and took care of us right away and we were most thankful :)

10/10 recommended!! CiCi and Joy were wonderful hosts and the house was beautifully appointed. Everything we needed, from extra pillows to a bin of "If you forgot something" extras. The house is perfect for familes as well! Board games and even some baby toys. You can tell that the hosts were very thoughtful and meticulous when stocking the house for guests. We had a wonderful stay and can't wait to return!

Great place to host 6 Directors for a strategic planning retreat. Can’t control the weather or we would have met outside the entire time on the amazing patio overlooking the bay. We spent as much time in this great space as we could. Rules were simple and straightforward. Amazing kitchen. Came highly recommended and we feel same way after our stay.

The house was very nice and larger than the pictures showed. Above all else they were accommodating and responsive! Even letting us use the boat lift and making sure it was in working order before we got there!

Kenny is a fantastic host that is more than accommodating. The place is a solace from the business of the surrounding area. We fell in love with the place, and plan to return ASAP. Enjoy

We took my 93 year old dad here for his bucket list desire to see the US Army Ranger training camp where he served. Brittany went above and beyond to make this trip happen including letting us add Ann additional day at the last minute. The neighbors especially Deb were welcoming. We felt like we were at home. Best stay ever. Thanks again

The property was extremely beautiful and contributed to a memorable stay. The scene was absolutely beautiful and allowed us to take phenomenal photos. The place was well kept and accommodating to our entire party. We would definitely recommend this place and may consider it again if we return to the area. Wonderful place that fit our needs perfectly. Very clean and well equipped. We had a family get together for Thanksgiving and had plenty of room. Only eight of us stayed in the house, but we had twenty people for dinner and were not crowded. Beautiful views of the bay with an awesome pier. Randy was always very responsive and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location. Shirt drive to the beach & restaurants. The house was perfect for the two of us. Can easily & comfortably accommodate a small family. Has everything you need. Definitely will book again when headed to that area.

Our stay at April’s beach condo was absolutely fabulous! We loved the adorable space, very neat and clean with an incredible location that’s unbeatable! One of our favorite perks was the view of the Gulf, the community amenities and the extremely easy beach access and walkability. I would recommend her place to anyone without hesitation.

Great place to stay when you are in the Pensacola area. Quiet, good views and central location, close to naval base as well as beaches, restaurants, other activities. Very clean and comfortable. This is our third stay and we may be back yet again.!

Colleen's waterfront condo is truly a 'home away from home'. The view across the water to Navarre beach is beautiful and we got great sunrise and sunset photos from there. The kitchen is well stocked with everything needed to cook a meal at home. The beds were very comfortable with nice linens. We appreciated all of the recommendations from Colleen and Paul about places to eat and which beach to go to, etc. We couldn't have asked for a nicer vacation rental and hope to return to Colleen's place again. Mahalo nui loa and a hui hou!

We had such a great stay here over the weekend! This place is just perfect. Beautiful location - we watched Dolphins from the deck all day long! It’s walkable to a restaurant and gas station, as well as the beach! The main strip is just down the road. We had a minor issue the first day and Olivia was so communicative and handled it immediately! We really appreciated it. She was also super accommodating with a later checkout which we were so thankful for! Would definitely stay again.

Kim was great to work with. Very easy to contact and quick to respond. The condo was very clean and the entire complex was quiet which was exactly what we were looking for. The space wasn't fancy but felt very homey and had everything we needed for the weekend. Will definitely stay with Kim again if we are in the area.

Really wanted to stay on the Gulf and accidentally booked on the bay. The bay at Pensacola is beautiful and clear. We could still see the beach/ ocean waves from our front door. Off the back balcony we could hear the waves at the bay just like Oceanside. Perfect location!
