Great place to relax, get out of the hustle and bustle of the city, and connect with the nature. The river that passes on the property of a Plus for the stay. The fans in the bedrooms made all the difference. The structure of the house is good and Marcia left everything organized to welcome us.

My family travelled for their first time to visit Brazil and stayed at Williams place for a week and it was truly an amazing experience. Everything was perfect from check in to check out, he answered any questions we had within minutes and made the whole process a pleasure. Thank you so much for having us, we highly recommend !!

Marcos' place is excellent, has three bathrooms and this is great for those who travel with large groups. The place is very airy and surrounded by a beautiful countryside. Its pool, pool table and elastic bed were excellent leisure options among our city tours. We didn't have any issues during our stay!

Very cozy locale and has everything you need. The upstairs bedroom does not have a bed, only a mattress, but the three bedrooms on the floor below have beds. There is a large lower space, to wash clothes and dry. It only required maintenance in the showers so that the flow is good, but the rest was excellent. It would certainly rent again in a new trip to Itajubá.

The days we spent on the site was very nice. We felt at home and communication with Luís was great, always responded promptly, gave us all detailed information, provided us with utensils we asked for and was still flexible regarding Checkin and checkout. We like it so much that we finally add another day to the site! It has everything you need in the place, it is a peace the place and the beautiful view! Points to be improved: the pool is removed, however, nothing that gets in the way, but he has already informed that it will make a BBQ area next door and I'm sure it will look great. Having an opportunity, we will return!
