Ricardo was a great host and the apartment was exactly as described. The communication with the host was perfect. He was friendly and informative. He provided clear instructions and even included photos to make the check-in super simple. The apartment is great and has everything you need. The location is perfect for my needs since my friends live very close. Wallkable to Lacomar with great shops and restaurants and beautiful sunsets. Place was good. And we had a great stay. It was a good central location. However, the internet continued to be an issue. Had to reset the routers at least twice a day.

Beautiful location, just across LarcoMar Mall. Very touristic but safe neighborhood, a lot if stuff can be done. I will gladly return.

All good. Ideal location if looking for nightlife or being close to Kennedy park. The apartment is very comfortable. The piece facing the street is somewhat noisy as windows do not insulate from noise. The rest is fine.

Had a really lovely and relaxing time here. ocean views from balcony and room made it feel so peaceful along with the malecon.

The house and everything offered in the description was as is, a very nice house, from start to finish I felt like in my own house, it has everything, absolutely everything to make you comfortable. I would stay again again without thinking.

Great experience, the house full equipped for everything you may need above all clean and tidy, direct exit to the beach, the common areas of the condominium soccer pool and great tennis. From the beginning Roiki very attentive, every query we had answered it quickly. We will definitely be back.

We had a nice weekend with my family. Roberto's house excellent, as shown in the pictures, had everything operational. We loved the detail of plants all around the house, the most welcoming one. Good communication with Roberto and kind attention.

Such a wonderful beach house for enjoying time with family or friends. Clean space with everything needed to enjoy it. Internet worked well. Beautiful views. Lovely pool. Would recommend! Don’t forget to break towels :)

A cozy place with great facilities. Very recommendable

We loved our stay here. You can sit on the balcony and watch people surfing, parasailing, walking the beautiful walkway, etc. The location was perfect. Having a doorman made us feel safe and the elevator to use was nice (no stairs) The condo was very spacious and clean. The beds were comfortable. We wish we had planned to stay here longer!! We would definitely stay here again if we ever come back to Lima!

Our family of 7 stayed here for the holidays. It was a spacious apartment with beautiful views! Amazing location too. Tere was an exceptional host! Always responsive! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here!

We really liked the apartment, it is visible to see that they have put effort to renovate and update it, they looked very nice. Very good wifi. The description and photos match. Access is via public stairs, public parking on the boardwalk as described. We spent some quiet days in midweek , enjoying the view.

We had a wonderful stay at Ana Maria's apartment! We did have a few issues at the beginning of our stay, but we contacted management. They reached out and quickly fixed our issues. I especially want to thank Vanessa and her cleaning crew for immediately going out of their way to make sure that everything was made right. Not only did they fix our issue, but during the rest of our stay, they made the apartment spotless. I would recommend this apartment because: -The location is unbeatable. It seems safe. It is located by the mall and many restaurants. (I recommend Pardos Chicken across the street.) -The view is stunning! As well as fun, with the busy mall, park, and paragliders. -The apartment is clean -The doormen are kind. We especially loved Reuben. -The apartment is spacious! Things to know: - The apartment can be noisy, since it is in a busy area. Just be aware of that. It was fine for us, and we got used to the city sounds. -There is no dishwasher.
