Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Santa Croce Camerina

We spent a wonderful month here in Jan/Feb 2025. Rudia and her husband Giovanni were always very kind and responsive, addressing any minor issues that arose during our lengthy stay. The apartment is one block (so to speak) off the main street of Modica, so you have the convenience of being very close to everything, while having the privacy of not being on the main road. We really enjoyed our time in Modica, particularly the access to great produce and food products, sold by friendly purveyors. The house has a nice kitchen setup, which allowed us to cook comfortably at home on most days. While it was a bit chilly on most days to have lunch on the terrace (it being Jan/Feb), on a few warm/sunny days we were able to do so, which was lovely. The kitchen window/door to the terrace is south facing, meaning it gets very nice sunlight in the winter. In sum, we would definitely recommend Rudia's place!

I enjoyed my one-month stay at Vittorio’s place. Vittorio is very friendly and personable. The place is close to the train/bus station so you can easily explore other cities in Sicily by public transit if you don’t have a car. It’s also close to Vittoria’s city centre. The place was clean and it has a large TV, a small kitchen and a balcony. It has fast internet and a desk so you can use it if you are working remotely. The studio is also not on the street side so it’s quiet. Recommended!

We loved Luigi‘s place, it had a very warm feeling (typical decorations from Caltagirone) and was located in a sweet side street right in the city centre. The view from the balcony is beautiful and the apartment was super clean, equipped with everything we needed and more. Luigi installed a smart tv and lighting which is also very comfortable to lay in bed at night and watch tv in the cosy atmosphere. Luigi was very responsive and recommend us a parking space very close to the Apartment, meaning we had no hassle whatsoever. Even though we only stayed one night we would have loved to stay longer! The price for what you get is extraordinary, if we visit Sicily again we will definitely come back!

Great location, apartment renovated with impeccable taste. Both the host (Luca) and the apartment manager (Linda) were super responsive and welcoming. Linda also suggested some great local spots that made our stay even more special. I wouldn't hesitate to book again!

We had a great stay at Santi's apartment! We were received by Santi in a very friendly manner and got many tips from him. The communication was very good. The apartment is perfectly suitable for up to 4 people and fully corresponds to the description. Great view of the sea from the terrace. We would recommend a holiday at Santi to anyone! :)

Alverio's house is amazing! The seafront views, the light, has everything you need! Alverio was very nice, he welcomed us in person and gave some recommendations from Syracuse, very useful since it was our first time and served to locate us. Get up every day looking at the port with the boats in the sea... I wish I could stay longer! If I can, I'll definitely be back!

We absolutely loved Alfredo’s place. Beautiful, immaculately clean, comfy bed and amazing shower. Loved the little deck sitting out area for evenings and pool to cool off. Fabulous Airbnb and Alfredo was so lovely and friendly and helpful. Great 5 days in lovely Fontane Bianchi.

We really had a super nice experience here! On airbnb, they recommend contacting them 2/3 days in advance on WhatsApp to arrange key exchange. This was not necessary in our case, they contacted us the night before. We agreed on a time and they already gave a lot of tips on parking, restaurants and nearby attractions. Super nice! Location is top! The accommodation itself was beautiful! Very nicely decorated and very clean. The house has an automatic locking system from inside. This also gives you an extra safe feeling. We could stream to the TV and Netflix and youtube were also on it, super nice! The sofa was very good, the bed was nice, the kitchen was good! And the bathroom was also fantastic. Lovely shower!! Just keep in mind that you have to dispose of your own garbage. We were not used to this and threw it in a public trash can. I definitely recommend staying here here. It was very brief for us!

We really enjoyed our stay and found it to be clean and comfortable in a great location.

I stayed at Emma's place with my daughter, son-in-law and 2 young grandsons and it was the perfect place for a family! The villa is beautifully furnished and equipped for cooking all of the fresh vegetables and seafood you can purchase in the local farmer's market! The outdoor area comes with a great pool and an amazing view over the sea. We were there in February so it was too cold for the pool but it is beautiful to look out across the pool to the sea and we did have picnics by the pool. My grandsons had the entire outdoor surroundings to use as a playground and they had a wonderful time collecting snails and joining us for walks down the little lane at the bottom of the driveway. The house is close to Siracusa and Notta and we found a great spot called Cava d'Espica with an old water mill that is a "living" museum! We also loved exploring Old Town (centro historico) Modica The communication with Emma was easy and Saro the local housekeeper was very friendly.

Great place to stay in Ortigia. Host was very friendly and helpful.

We loved our stay at Alberto's. His house had lots of space, a beautiful terrace, and every amenity we could need including a clothes dryer. Being here in January, we also appreciated the heat in the home. After having been very cold in other homes in Sicily the last few weeks we appreciated being warm. The town was a great place to spend a few quiet days. We enjoyed a nearby hike, the beautiful town garden with lookouts and interesting museums. We agree with the other reviews that say Alberto was a super host, and enjoyed staying in his beautiful home!

Very cosy and cute villa, would definitely recommend. Has all the necessary things and the little touches make a difference (there was a wine bottle and some cold drinks in the fridge waiting for us). You will definitely need a car to get around and be aware that the entrance to the villa is narrow so if you have a bigger car it might be a bit tricky. Overall the villa was nice and we felt at home straight away.

This is a really lovely ground floor apartment. It is ideally located in lovely Ortigia 2 minutes away from the beach and within walking distance of everything the area has to offer. What the apartment lacks in direct sunlight it makes up for in charm and elegance. We had a lovely time.

Gorgeous place which feels larger than on the pictures, good location, communicative hosts.

A beautifully renovated and decorated apartment. The historical building is calming with lots of charm and plenty of secure on site parking. The apartment, bedrooms and bathrooms are large and comfortable, uniquely spacious for urban Europe. Located next to the Basilica and the must see archaeological Park. It is an easy five minute drive or a 15 minute walk to Ortigia Island. We did not find the street noise to be bothersome. The new modern windows provided plenty of light with minimum noise. A great location for day trips to the countryside and the coastal beaches. Our host provided us with many great recommendations. We would definitely come back and stay here again. Owner and host were five stars for sure.

The apartment is in a perfect location, walkable to everything in Ortigia. The apartment was huge, had great air conditioning and wi fi and privacy. The place had two huge bedrooms and bathrooms, the kitchen and living area were large as well, the kitchen had all the necessary appliances and utensils. We've stayed in tons of Airbnb's in Italy, and this apartment is among the very best, if not the best, we have stayed in

Pros: - Convenient parking (don't know what it's like in summer) - Good location, not far from Ortigia, but far enough to avoid any disturbance - Fast wifi - All required amenities - Clean & comfy - A/C was efficient to heat the interior when needed (our visit happen to be in Feb) Cons: - A bit acoustic; we could hear steps and even small noises from above, not anybody's fault, it's just how this building is constructed - Bedrooms have windows opening to a tiny internal courtyard or stairwell - but as we use them for sleeping only, doesn't matter

Enrico was waiting our arrival. He very helpful, was clear and patient with instructions and suggestions. The apartment is well located with wonderful view from terrace. AC was appreciated, even in late October. Kitchen was very well appointed, including a variety of seasonings, some foodstuffs and coffee. Living room very comfortable with good reading lights, for those relaxing times.

I could relate to other people’s positive comments. impeccable host and accommodation. Simona is very kind responsive and flexible. Despite my flight being greatly delayed the husband welcomed me in person late in the evening - and impeccably dressed! I stayed over a week and travelled to the sea, nearby towns as well as stayed local in beautiful noto enjoying baroque dolce vita. It’s a stone’s throw from shops and town centre. Parking easy too, just be prepared streets are narrow and motorbikes like a ride! One of the nicest airbnb experiences.
