Beautiful Comodo apartment.

The place was nice. It's in the city so nose should be expected, but I found that the loft was a little quieter than downstairs. the blankets were very warm. I enjoyed the view from the back balcony😊

For the price, the place is great. It's comfortable, quiet, and clean. I would only recommend to future people who rent, who use wase to get there, since Google Maps lost me by Santa Catarina, go up the prairie route Concepción if you are going from capital city. I am clear that it was an app issue as the instructions provided to me were accurate.

A fairly accessible place to the airport and close to the central areas of the city. They were also quite understanding and willing to help with a small accident we had, they helped us reach an agreement to resolve it. Quite friendly and a very nice place, comfortable and with everything you need.

Romeo and Wendy are extraordinary hosts! Would give them 10 stars if I could! We were able to meet them in person and they are lovely, warm people. The apartment is beautifully decorated with bright guatamalen style colors and beautiful artwork. The kitchen is well equipped, bed very comfortable, and plenty of hot water for showers. There is a private balcony off the bedroom that is great to enjoy the morning sun and the cool evenings. Orotava villas, beautiful grounds and wonderful staff. Nice heated pool. Many nooks to relax and enjoy the quiet, calm atmosphere. It is a very secure, safe property with a security gate and guard. The location is superb… walk to edge town is only 10 and to parc central about 20 minutes. There is a complimentary shuttle you prefer. Antiqua a wonderful city full of charm and warm people. If you visit Antiqua Romeo and Wendy villa is the place to stay!

Great place To stay in guatemala especially if you need to be around this area of the city. The flat was lovely! Felt at home. Great distribution, internet connection and has all you need. Furthermore it really felt like the host picked up everything as if it was for herself - very different from other Airbnb flats that feel like the minimum is bought to mee the criteria. Beautiful quaint little spot close to the airport. Nice cafe at the bottom with great staff who love to chat. Daniel is super accommodating and answered so quick when I had any questions. The spiral staircase and the art plus the awesome view was my favorite.

I was in the place for a quite long period, the place is excellent , Super good location Alejandra is super accessible and super quick answers to any concerns the guest may have . It's a great place for long and short stays. I highly recommend it .

The apartment is located in a safe area, a quiet neighborhood, the apartment is very nice, it has everything you need to stay for several days, the rooms are very comfortable, everything is excellent, there is a very good cafe on the first floor, we would stay again in this apartment everything is excellent👍🏽. Juan Carlos is very friendly, communication with him is always good.

Extremely convenient near the airport. The apt. was clean, modern and comfortable. The host was very attentive and quick to respond with any questions. The building was very quiet. Overall, I would highly recommend based on location, value, and a great host.

The property is located in an excellent place, it is private and no noise. Oakland is a 9 minute walk away, there are local restaurants and shops very close and Madai was a great host. Definitely recommended!

Good place for the price you pay.

Nice place, comfortable and clean. Just keep in mind that you hear about the loft next door and the bed has a plastic cover that is very hot.
