Vacation rentals with lake access in Santa Catarina Palopó

Amazing stay! The view makes it hard to leave. The host arranged tours for us and transportation back to the city and answered every question on we had. Highly recommend.

Spectacular experience, especially for us a family with young children, at the most incredible spot in Lake Atitlan. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a luxury stay with great design, wonderful service, and an authentic experience overall. We loved San Marcos as a home base and were blown away by the warmth and hospitality of Annika, Daniel, Sandra, and the rest of the team. We can’t wait to visit again someday.

A Beautiful home. Very peaceful, definitely recommend. Have to go up a few set of stairs but nothing hard. The dock is in close proximity.

After a week of hard hiking, PJ’s place was an oasis. To begin, she was incredibly responsive and helped connect me to a boat driver and also Dominga, who prepared meals for us. (She’s a gem! So delicious!) The property is surrounded by birds with iconic volcano views. The beds were comfy. The pool—a dream. We could not have asked for a more soul-restoring stay than this lovely home. Plenty of room to spread out and reconnect back to ourselves after being in close company and tight quarters during our hiking. Five stars does not do it justice. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Beautiful place with a great view! The hot tub was warm and the rooms were spacious.

This is a gorgeous air bnb. The host has thought of everything and was very responsive to questions. The caretakers are kind and helpful. Our kids loved the hot tub and all the outdoor spaces. Beautiful landscaping and the lake is breathtaking. I loved the open-air feel. We stayed three nights and wished we could stay longer, it was so comfortable and relaxing. Thank you so much, Ana! Casa Piegatto’s design is stunning and the views are breathtaking! This home offers privacy, yet easy access to other villages around the lake. The setting was perfect and the service was incredible – a true differentiator! Alvaro was kind, warm and available anytime you needed him. He happily offered recommendations for whatever we requested (restaurants, activities, etc) and helped us hire a boat/lancha for the day. Casa Piegatto is a great place to experience the magic of Lake Atitlan. We hope to visit again soon!

This place is absolutely stunning! We thoroughly enjoyed every part of our stay. Humberto was always there when we needed him as well as Albert for any additional questions we had. If you’re looking for a little slice of heaven, you’ve found it!

Great space right in the heart of San Pedro!

Stunning views and a quick walk to town! We didn't see better views of Lake Atitlan from any other place. It was a joy to relax in the house and take it all in! When we needed to get into town for groceries and to restaurants, we took a pleasant walk through local roads, always passing by a tuk tuk if we wanted a ride instead.

It is a nice apartment with a nice view. Silvia was always on the lookout for anything we were offered. This apartment is next to a hotel that they let you use their facilities except to lend you their kayaks. Well-equipped and clean.

Ana is the best host! She was always very responsive and she helped us a lot with whichever we wanted! The apartment was beautiful with private surroundings, very clean, very well equipped kitchen! Everything was spotless! We totally recommend! Thank you Ana!

Beautiful Airbnb - the pictures don’t do it justice! Rooster and dogs can wake you up but you’d find that anywhere in Lake Atitlan. I throughly enjoyed my stay and hope to return.

Our stay at Atitlan Sunset Lodge was wonderful mainly because of the landscape and the beautiful facilities that accompanied us and secondly for the friendly attention of the team at all times. As well as the activities we had at our disposal. I thank Armand for giving us the opportunity to experience something magical. Likewise for the surprise of the sauna😍. We definitely recommend Sunset Lodge and we hope you can continue hosting future travelers looking to enjoy the tranquility and beauty of Pana.

Heaven on earth!!! Miguel was friendly and lightening fast with responses and helped provide contacts for a ride to and from Panajachel as well as a local guide to hike Rostro Maya for sunrise. All the staff I met were so kind. The grounds and cabins are immaculate. Comfortable bed, beautiful interior, hammock on the patio and pool were amazing! Easy walk to the dock to go to other villages. Food was excellent, I ended up ordering 2 breakfasts and 1 dinner. I 100% recommend staying here, it's surrounded by the most beautiful scenery and so peaceful. After visiting some other villages, I was happy I stayed at Sacred Tree, it was a little paradise to come back to after exploring. If I come back, I will base my trip on availability at Sacred Tree! Everything was perfect! I was sad to leave.

Just the best! Location and pictures was just as described. Jaibalito was our favorite town of all the ones we visited. The space was so clean the views were magical. Matthew was so responsive and helpful. 10/10 property and experience.

Absolutely in love with Jabalito and all the gorgeous views, the locals are awesome & Nathalie’s home was clean and comfortable!! We will return to stay at this home again every year!!!!!!!!

Pat’s Place is absolutely fantastic—the best place we stayed in Guatemala! It’s wonderfully private and peaceful, with a beautiful garden where birds are constantly coming and going. The casita is thoughtfully equipped with everything you need, including a comfortable bed and a spotless, well-appointed bathroom. We can’t recommend this place highly enough—if you have the chance to book it, don’t hesitate. You’ll love it!

Excellent location and house for a large party. We were situated close enough to downtown Panajachel to be able to easily grab a tuk tuk, but the house is tucked away and very private. Ventura and Claudia made our stay at Lake Atitlan easy and comfortable. I would highly recommend Patricia's place for large groups.

Perfect place to stay in atitlan. Calm, beautiful views, lots of nature around, we loved it. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need to cook food everyday if you want. We’ll definitely come back! Thanks Miriam for all the help 🙌🏼
