Vacation rentals with a patio in Santa Catalina, Ponent District

Marina’s place was so lovely and perfect for our time in Cala d’Or. We felt right at home. It was only about a 5 minute walk to the beach, and there were plenty of nearby restaurants and bars. The bathroom was clean, and the shower water pressure was superb. The bed was comfortable, and the whole apartment was spacious. The windows let in amazing natural light and had black out shutters. Marina was so friendly and responds very quickly to messages. The check-in process was smooth and she provided clear explanation of which apartment was ours & how to get in. I was sad to have to leave, as I wish I could move in forever! Lol… I truly loved it here, and hopefully we will be back soon!!

Such a lovely stay - perfect location and beautiful apartment. The bathrooms were pristine. We rented the host’s parking spot and it worked great for us!

This stay was the highlight of our trip! The view from the balcony was gorgeous & as close as it appears in the photo. The Bedroom, kitchen & living areas were nice and clean. Christian was very helpful throughout and communicated well. He also very kindly allowed us to stay after the Checkout time (11:00 AM) as our return flight from Palma Airport was late in the evening. I would highly recommend this place and would definitely visit soon again. -

There were three of us for the half marathon in Palma. Upon arrival at the apartment we immediately felt arrived: Daniela had welcomed us in the apartment, although it was really already very late. After a short "briefing" in the apartment, we are still in town and were able to eat something around the corner - it all fit very well together. The apartment offers everything you need for a short trip or even for a longer stay...and then of course the location: Absolutely central with short distances to the sea/harbor and to the old town. The walk to the end stop of the bus line to the airport takes about 15 minutes. We remember the apartment for further visits to Palma!

When we saw the photos and the price we thought we rented the whole house since in the listing there are photos of the rooms and kitchen above. We didn't have much privacy as they live upstairs and the terrace is shared. Both Marcus and Maria are very friendly and very attentive and behaved very well with us.

Beautiful and lovingly furnished apartment. Super equipped. The location is great for exploring the surrounding area or just going to the beach with the kids. Everything went smoothly, we would come back right away!

If I could give more stars I would. This is one of the best places I have stayed. When you walk in your feel calmness, you can feel your stress melt away; amazing pool, beautiful building, within nature. You will also not find more wonderful hosts on Air BnB. Any question is answered very quickly and every recommendation was 10/10. We cannot wait to return!

We had a wonderful time in Antonia's finca! (Karlien was always quickly available as a contact person and took incredibly good care of us.) The finca is super nicely located, absolutely quiet and just perfect for relaxing. There is everything you need, from front to back everything was also sparkling clean - we felt incredibly comfortable and can recommend it unconditionally!

We had a fantastic stay at Miquels house for a week of cycling. The house is exactly as described - very spacious, very well equiped and right in the heart of Sa Pobla. Only few meters walking from many cafes and restaurants, but still in a quiet side street. Miquel was always friendly, responsive and helpful. We really enjoyed the stay and can recommend the house.

Everything was as we planned according to the characteristics of the house. Pool, BBQ terrace. Consell is a very quiet and cozy place. I recommend that they try the experience of this house and Mallorca.

I have been on Airbnb for many years now and I can confidently say Justo is one of the best hosts I’ve ever experienced! From pre arrival, throughout the stay, and post departure he was so friendly, happy to help and super responsive. He even put a bottle of milk in the fridge for us as our flight in was super delayed. Would highly recommend staying here to anyone visiting Can Picafort! Thank you Justo!

We (family with 6) had a very nice 2 weeks in Finca Son Morla in Porreres. The house has every comfort and the garden is beautiful and full of many birds. Unfortunately, the pool was really too cold to swim. The contact with Francisca went very well. We felt very welcome and she is immediately there for you if you have a question. It is necessary to rent a means of transport because you are really staying afterwards, but from Porreres you can discover the island very well. We enjoyed it, thank you so much!

Beautifully designed townhouse, very close to the sea. Bakery is across the street. The rooms and especially the big bathroom is very chic. The house doesn't have a dishwasher but besides that the kitchen is well equiped. Check in and check out procedures were perfect. We would book the house again.

This place is my dream come to life. The house is gorgeous and the grounds are incredible with a great pool and the vegetable/fruit garden has everything you could want! My daughter and I loved picking vegetables for our salads every day. The kitchen is massive and has multiple ovens and all pots/pans you could need. It was great for cooking. Each bedroom has its own private bathroom which is incredible and makes this place perfect for family or friend trip. The location is great and we loved Soller as well as the surrounding towns (all an easy drive from the house). Finally, James is truly the most gracious and kind host. He has thought of everything. He was nice enough to have some snacks waiting for us and was super responsive with any questions. We can't wait to come back!!

Simply astounding! This location is incredible, isolated from the noise of tourist hubs in Mallorca, peaceful, enchanting, I really cannot describe the beauty of this property and how at ease it makes you feel. The host is extremely kind, responsive and caring, which made for an extremely easygoing and relaxing experience. Whether you want to relax at home and enjoy the grounds or take your car and go around Mallorca, I highly recommend it as you can do both! Ps. There are three doggos on the property that are just adorable

We loved Gabriel's apartment. The location was perfect for a short walk into town, but away from the busy-ness. The space was comfortable and quiet - and the balcony was ideal for morning coffee! Thank you ✌️

Angela's place is truly a rare find in Palma. It is very well equipped, clean and spacious apartment right in the city center. 2 paid parking garages are nearby in case you need to park a car. The central Palma is very walkable though and unless you want to travel outside the city, the car is not needed. Even though the apartment is in the bustling city center, it is in a very quiet neibourhood - you will wake up with the sound of birds chirping every day. Angela met and welcomed us personally - she has been super helpful with all the recommendations and guidance we needed. Definitely recommended - will be our first choice when we come back to Palma again.

A great place to have as a base when you have a car. The nearby Calas were too full for us, but there are several great beaches in driving distance (Especially S’Amarador). A bit of a walk to central Cala d’Or (<30 mins), but enjoyable in the great weather. Eroski shop in walking distance was nice to have. Sarah was a great host, who provided us with clear information on how to get there, as well as suggestions for the best restaurants in town.

This was the best place we have stayed in Majorca and we come every year! The views from the apartment were glorious- overlooking the harbour, the beach and also the mountains. So close to the beach, the best restaurants and ice creams and a little stroll from the busier main part of the port. We had a glorious relaxing holiday with so much sun and swimming- we didn’t want to leave.

Pedro is the best host an avid traveler could ask for. He deserves 10 Stars on everything. We travel the world about 3-4 months every year and Pedro’s place was perfect in every respect. Well equipped kitchen, ultra clean. Great washing machine. In addition, Pedro is incredibly friendly and will to share his detailed knowledge about the best places to visit on the island. We had a very nice stay and felt very comfortable. Apartment is stylishly furnished and corresponds to the photos as well as descriptions. In addition, it has a great location, just a few 100m from the beach, restaurants, supermarkets and shops. Maxim and Akim are very friendly and welcomed us warmly and took a lot of time to explain everything to us in peace. Also during our stay they were always available and very helpful. Thanks for everything - we will be happy to come back 😊
