Villa vacation rentals in Santa Barbara

The neighborhood can’t be beat. We didn’t have to use the car except for a run to the grocery store and walked to the beach, harbor, pier, Funk Zone and State street with ease. Beautiful apartment and surrounding areas. We had Internet issues and Haller was quick to respond and resolve. Beds were comfy and excellent shower. We especially loved the beach wagon and kids books/games. It’s an older place, so noise travels easily, but neighbors were quiet. Highly recommend and we plan on staying here again.

Camille’s is my new favorite place in upper Ojai. Arrived late, woke up to huge windows overlooking horses playing. Beautiful horse nonprofit below - super great people. Camille responds faster than any host I’ve ever had, even to non-important things. The model host! Extended the stay in minutes. When I’m back in Ojai, will plan my stay around availability at Camille’s places! Thoughtfully stocked place! Thanks so much, Camille!

Great accommodations that are well kept, clean and you feel at home. This was the second time we stayed here. It is in a great location close to restaurants, the beach and different activities. The host was informative, proactive and communicated well.

Great place in a great location, easy walk to the water, Funk Zone and State Street and felt safe walking at night. The home was very clean, looked just like the pictures, and had very easy check-in instructions. Would absolutely stay here again!

This was our 2nd stay at the property. We like the off street parking and the fact that we can easily walk downtown. Easy access to the freeway too. The rooms are beautiful and peaceful. We will for sure come back!

If you are looking for a quiet, walkable neighborhood in SB-- this listing is for you! This studio was spacious, clean and so chic! I was obsessed with the back patio area, where there is plenty of seating available to get work done (or not!). We never heard a peep out of any of the neighbors. You would never guess this listing is pet friendly, it was SO CLEAN!!! The location is in close proximity to the incredible restaurants and shops on State Street, a quick drive to the beach, with incredible mountain views surrounding. We felt very safe with the security measures they have in place. Looking forward to our next stay!

We had an amazing stay at this villa! The location was perfect—within walking distance to downtown Santa Barbara, making it super easy to explore the area. The villa was even cleaner and nicer than the photos, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. We were also able to bring our French Bulldog, which made the stay even better. We truly loved our time here and would definitely recommend it!

We had a fantastic time staying here. The house is beautifully decorated, clean and exactly how it looks in the photos. Great walking distance to everything in Santa Barbara. We loved our stay here. The only issue we had was communicating to the house management company regarding parking our car. That took about an hour which we weren’t happy about as we had plans. Overall, we would definitely stay here again as it exceeded our expectations. Wouldn’t hesitate to book it again!

Some reviews noted spider webs and debris. We saw no evidence of this. Others complained about the heat system in the guest room. We’re familiar with a split system so had no issues. There are 3 different systems in that unit so maybe they were trying the electric wall heater which isn’t very efficient and what seemed to be a gas radiator which didn’t seem to have the pilot light on and also wouldn’t be as efficient. We had timely responses on the few questions we had ahead of our arrival

We loved staying at the villa--we wish we could've stayed at least one more night to enjoy it that much more! It was within walking distance of the beach, restaurants, and best of all (for my family and I), the train station! We hope to return again!

This unit is spectacular! Clean & spacioius. Walk to bars, restaurants & the beach. Everything we needed was here - kitchen supplies, coffee, beach chairs, beach towels, instructions, etc. Would definitely stay here again when returning to Santa Barbara!

We booked this home for our family Christmas trip, and it honestly surpassed our expectations. Lots of room for a big family. The sauna was a plus for us, it snowed when we stayed there and it was such a perfect cozy home for after some snow fun. There isn’t much of a grocery store nearby besides a convenience store. We took a lot of things from outside of the town(near castaic stopped by a Ralph’s) which helped with meals and snacks. They did provide a lot of toiletries so that helped, I would definitely travel again to this property with my family next year. communication was very easy to have and check-in was a breeze!

Martha’s place was beautiful. Exactly what you see in the pictures is what you get. Easy to find and a warm welcome when you arrive. We had a great stay. The only confusion we had was on a separate tax payment not included in the final price but was resolved with good communication from the host. Would stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! Martha was responsive, kind and welcoming, and it’s clear that she genuinely cares about her guests’ happiness. The home is situated in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood, just an 11-minute drive from downtown, making it a perfect retreat. Our room was spacious, private, and comfortable. We also enjoyed access to a lovely, well-landscaped backyard with a big pool. While the water was on the colder side (in the low 60s), I didn’t mind it. However, I wasn’t sure if the hot tub was functioning. One suggestion I have is to add a coffee/tea station in the room (with milk and raw sugar) for those early morning wake-ups when you’re in a rush. Currently, it’s located at the end of the pool in the outdoor kitchen. Overall, I highly recommend this Airbnb. I’m so glad we discovered it and will definitely return on a future trip to Santa Barbara!

I had a large group getting together for our annual friendsgiving celebration and this place was perfect! Everything was comfortable and easy. They even allowed me to check-in early which I really appreciated. The location is beautiful. We went on a hike and utilized the club pickleball courts. The only thing was there wasn’t a dishwasher- which was a bit surprising given the size of the house and kitchen. It was okay for us, but something to be aware of if you plan to do a lot of cooking as we did. Otherwise a very well equipped house. Overall everything was great and we all had a good time.! Thanks very much!
