Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Sant Martí

The house more than met our needs as it was a place to sleep during the day because we worked at night and traveled in a large vehicle; but the most important thing was not that, but the treatment we received from Miriam. When you are so many miles away from your family, it is very valuable that the host treats you with such delicacy and takes care of you to make you feel at home, to the point of finding a welcome dinner. Thank you very much, it's rare for the same thing to happen to us and we felt compelled to reflect it.

This house is fantastic, I lack of words to describe how good it is. We are a group of 6 people, 5 of them are my senior family, the elevator in the house is so convenient for them to go up and down. There are only two bedrooms (on 1.5 floor and 2.5 floor respectively) that need to climb half a floor to get there, which is totally fine for us, just FYI. 3 bedrooms are on 2nd floor with elevator right to that floor. We loved the house very much, big space, clean, equipped with all things you need for kitchen, comfy sofa, close to metro and supermarket, quiet neighborhood, etc. It’s too bad that it’s still too cold for us though to swim in the pool, I hope to come back to this house in summer and enjoy it. Also the towels are super soft, I also love that. Just cannot find anything negative about this house!

David’s home exceeded our expectations and we can’t wait to stay again. His home accommodates small families well and it was the perfect place to come home to after a longggg day of traveling ! Thank you David

Together with my husband and 2 teenage children had a very nice stay in Jake's beautiful home. Jake was very quick to respond to any question and was readily available. He did the welcome very friendly and warm. Everything was available for a nice stay. Fantastic swimming pool. The outdoor space is much bigger than the pictures suggest. In 30 minutes you are by coastal train in Barcelona!

We two families met here for Christmas Holiday and loved it! Walking through the town and beyond was fantastic. The kitchen is large enough for several people to be prepping at once. Beds were comfy with room darkening shades. Plenty of hot water and ability to do laundry during our week long stay was appreciated. Very responsive team at hand. Getting the key from lockbox in town is actually very easy IF one follows the instructions. (Which we did). The downstairs’ space lacks natural light but we spent most of our day hours out and about in gorgeous Sitges! Highly recommend for a pet friendly family stay.

I highly recommend this place clean and very well equipped. Ideal for staying with the family as we did the train station is nearby and it's easy to get to Barcelona Very responsive and welcoming host Thank you again for our communication, which always found a quick response. If we have a chance, we will come back without hesitation

Carla's place is a perfect little house! The views are great. Everything is impeccable. Carla is adorable and was very helpful to us. You can park on the street without a problem. The train station is not far and Barcelona 35 minutes by train Go there with your eyes closed

We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend this place. We traveled with our family and our dog, who had plenty of space to run around in the beautiful garden. The house was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. We had a small issue with the electricity, but the hosts were quick to respond and resolve it. They were kind and attentive throughout our stay. For those traveling to Barcelona with family, this is a great option.

Roger is very friendly and communicative. Even before we landed in Barcelona he reached out and asked if we had any questions or concerns and was very prompt to reply. He was very flexible with our check-in, as our flight arrived late, and we had to deal with some misplaced luggage. He kindly waited for us while we sorted everything out. The apartment is wonderfuly situated on Av. Diagonal, right near La Rambla Del Poblenou; Countless grocery stores, bars, and restaurants are just a few steps from the front door. The southeast facing windows allow an abundance of natural to flood all of the rooms, especially the living room. The warm ambience of a spring sunrise is the perfect compliment to a morning cup of coffee. The bedrooms provide ample space for any manner of activity and all of the amenities featured in the apartment are clean and in good working order. I will definitely try to book this place again, the next time we plan a trip to Barcelona.

The house location was amazing and unexpected.Just in time for New Year's Day activities and children's day, watched the whole activity up close and enjoyed it.Patrik is a warm and attentive person who thought of problems we didn't think of in advance and solved it.There was an immediate response to requests throughout our stay, which made us feel very reassuring and had a really great vacation.

This was a great apartment in a really good location. Easy to get around on foot, by the hop on hop off bus or by metro. Fairly quiet at night. Shame the only real natural light is from the living room but staying in a city you can't expect everything. I'd recommend and stay again.

We had a pleasant stay in Barcelona. The apartment is located just a 20mn walk from the most touristic squares. Listing was clean and as described. Underground parking is nearby for a flat fee of €30 per day.

We loved our stay in Barcelona. The apartment was perfect for our family. Lots of space, great kitchen and two bathrooms. Very convenient location next to restaurants. Walkable to most destinations in Barcelona and extremely close to the train station. Would definitely stay again!

We had an amazing experience staying at Manel and Jordi’s place in Barcelona! The place truly felt like home, with a fully equipped kitchen that had everything we needed for a family of 3. The location was perfect - the beach and many attractions were within walking distance, and there were plenty of good restaurants nearby. Manel and Jordi were fabulous hosts who went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and enjoyable. I highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone visiting Barcelona. We will definitely be staying here again on my next visit!

Blanca’s apartment was a great place for us as we were travelling with two dogs. It had an enclosed garden and then a beach just across the promenade. Dogs were allowed on the beach between October and Easter. The place was very clean, had everything we needed and communication with both Blanca and her son was great. We communicated in both English and Spanish. I liked the location, and even though we were here in January there were plenty of restaurants and a small shop open in the small port area and it was a 15 minute walk along two other beaches into town.

Marta is a very gracious and accommodating hostess. She was very helpful in providing info on close by grocery stores, restaurants as well as local attractions and transportation. And she was very responsive in communicating with us. The property had everything we needed and the kitchen was complete with appliances, tableware, cookware and essential condiments. We felt very safe and comfortable in Marta’s place.

Very nice appartment, excellent equipment, well located and good communication with Aitana and Nelly. We recommend!

We would like to thank Nadia& taras for the great stay. It was very clean and we were right at home. The location is great and it only takes 2 minutes to get to the metro and the city 15 minutes. Everything easily accessible. Would highly recommend for your stay.

Our family of four had a wonderful stay at Luis’ place. Perfectly located close to plenty of cafes and restaurants, Avenue Diagonal for a variety of shopping options, and within walking distance of some local attractions. The accommodation is spacious, well maintained and had all the essentials needed for our stay. Luis is a gracious host and was there to receive us, and ensured we had what we needed for our stay. We would gladly stay here again if we visited Barcelona!

We love this home, the location was great ; it’s very close to the public transportations and had many restaurants in a walkable distance. The host was incredibly responsive both before and during our stay. He is also extremely caring and genuinely wanted his guests to have the best experience. He is one of the best hosts.
