It's perfect! It has a spectacular garden and an excellent location, the pool is an ideal size, in the afternoon it has shade thanks to the house.

Fantastic house. For a family vacation it is ideal. The pool, the views, the facilities… the location is ideal if you want to be close to downtown but you need a car. The house is noticeable that it is new and all its accessories and equipment as well. We would definitely repeat. As an aspect to improve, we highlight communication. There was a huge leak in the garden hose and it took more than 1 hour to pick up the phone and until the next day they didn't come to fix it. On the other hand, as a suggestion, a shady area in the pool would be fine.

This Villa is simply beautiful! The pool is great! The infrastructure is wonderful! I'll be back next year without hesitation! The hosts are super accommodating! Not to mention Rosa!! A beautiful, kind, welcoming woman who does everything to make us more than good! We had a great vacation here and are sad not to have been able to book longer! Thanks for the vacation!

A great welcome by the owner, very friendly and very welcoming. We were not bothered by the language barrier, the owner speaks very good French. We had a very nice stay, and we thank Amador again for her sympathy and authenticity.

Fantastic villa in beautiful surroundings, the pictures don't do it justice. So peaceful with lovely views of the sea. Loads of space inside and out , the pool was great. The owners/ family were aleays available to help and nothing was too much trouble. We have been coming to Alcossebre for nearly 20 years and this is by far the best accommodation we have stayed in. We will be back.

We had a fantastic stay, the Villa was just a beautiful as the photos, so clean and spacious and decorated in a traditional style which we loved, and very well looked after. Every amenity has been thought of, and the little touches were really appreciated. The highlight is definitely the pool, such a good size, and combined with the seating area and barbecue meant we rarely wanted to leave the Villa! The area was lovely and quiet, with the beach less than a 2 minute walk (as others have said bring beach shoes), a great supermarket just around the corner, as well as a bus stop if you don’t want to drive into the main centre of Vinaròs. Beautiful house by the sea and close to a great restaurant. My family and I were able to relax and enjoy the location. It is a must to visit the Castillo de la Peñiscula. Concha was great and responsive to our needs. I highly recommend this property.

Very spacious house, functional as described. The pool and the park are very nice and well maintained. It would be necessary to think about carrying out some small renovation work including the floor tiles in the double bedroom at the back and the hallway and it is missing air conditioning on the floor at least. However, we had a really pleasant stay.

The house is fully equipped as described and located in a pleasant holiday area. It has a great pool, also the parking on the property is perfect. Silvia was easily accessible. Sea, with extensive dog beach, is reachable in a few minutes' walk. We enjoyed the holiday very much, and would come back anytime.

Without hesitation, they have been the best vacations we have ever had, a beautiful and very comfortable house in a very quiet and relaxing place, surrounded by nature and fauna in which to spend a few days of luxury and disconnection. Very well equipped house, fantastic terrace, great barbecue to enjoy as a family,good views,the orchard of Rafael, the fields of Naranjos , just wonderful. My family and I have enjoyed the pool that is super good for both adults and children. Another point in favor that it only takes you 10 minutes by car to Peñíscola to go to the beach or whatever it appeals. Sara's father is very attentive, friendly and pleasant, the first morning we woke up there had left us on the ground a box full of vegetables from your garden, BENUISIMAS!!!All a detail for her part, in the end,if you can be in the next summer we would like to come back and be able to repeat this experience so good that we have recommended it to the 100x100.

Highly recommended place to spend some days in Delta de l’Ebre. It is a very stylish house, with all the details and all you can need in the kitchen. Beds super comfy, super clean and amazing landscape. We had such a great experience!

We had an excellent week in this beautiful house, spacious, functional and nothing was missing. Everything is designed to have a good vacation, from board games to laundry bins. The house and its exterior are perfectly thought out, and we enjoyed staying in a house with wind and solar power. A beautiful pool, an outdoor barbecue, an outdoor pizza oven, an outdoor shower for beach returns (a hundred meters walk), hammocks, and a very nice space on the roof of the house with sea views. We can only recommend this house, including the host and was very pleasant and available.

Laura's property is exceptional. It is situated in a quiet and peaceful location and is a 5 minute walk to the river along which you can cycle and walk for miles. There are a couple of good bars/restaurants within walking distance. The property is spotlessly clean and is very well maintained. We stayed for five weeks and Laura arranged for mid stay cleaning to be done (thank you Maria!). Laura does not speak English but her daughter does so there were no communication problems. Pensicola, Cambrils, Salou, Reus, Tarragona and Barcelona are all nice places and worth visiting. The local train station is at L'Aldea about a 10 minute drive away; train fares are cheap and parking is free.
