Great location if you want to explore the city. House located in El Barrio de la Viña, next to La Caleta beach in the city's core. It is located close to the main tourist attractions such as Torre Tavira, Cathedral, Central Market, Plaza de las Flores, City Hall and has all the amenities within walking distance, restaurants, supermarkets, bus stops and taxis. In our neighborhood you can enjoy Andalusian cuisine in upscale restaurants, or sample our local wines, cheeses and salts in the taverns and rocks typical of our city. Public car parks and medical centers are just a few metres away. The dwelling is located on a newly constructed two-story block. It is a two bedroom apartment, bathroom, living room and separate kitchen. It has all the amenities at your disposal, linens, towels, and kitchen equipped with all the necessary utensils. It is a palace house with high ceilings, quiet, very bright. It was an old convent completely renovated, with 3 bedrooms: 2 double and a 3rd bunk with folding beds.
