In this apartment, we immediately felt like in a home and not like a holiday apartment, because everything is so lovingly and thoughtfully decorated. The view is breathtaking, we have been able to observe many different animals and there is nothing missing in the apartment itself. In addition, this is the first apartment where the knives are not blunt. 😄 Everything is perfectly well maintained, clean and tidy. Friedhelm personally gave us a lot of tips for the area and there was also a very well prepared info folder. You can tell in every corner of the apartment, the garden and also in Friedhelm's behavior that he loves to be a host. We couldn't have had a better stay. Thank you!

The apartment is really first class. Very nice and lovingly furnished, very clean. Due to the location, it is very quiet and pleasant. The furnishings are excellent, nothing is missing. Even milk and fruit were provided. I highly recommend the apartment and will definitely come back.

Very pleasant long-term stay. The apartment is equipped with everything you need. Perfect public transport connections. Despite its direct location on the main road, very quiet. Every two weeks there is a very thorough cleaning of the apartment including bed linen and towel change. Definitely recommend.

We stayed here for a few days. The appartment was nice and clean. It had all the essentials we needed and the bed was comfortable! The appartment was in walking distance to the Rhine and within short driving distance of nature and the old city. Would recommend.

Very nice and clean place in a quiet location. If there is no parking available on the street, there is a parking lot nearby.

Stayed at Steffi‘s place for a second time since I wanted to visit some friends in the area. The apartment is comfortable and I had the best sleep ever. Probably due to the quite surroundings and comfy bed. Would definitely recommend.

We had a nice relaxing time. A spacious accommodation, special decor and a nice hostess who feels what is needed.

Great stay. Maybe explain the blue RFID key fob for the front door better. We weren't familiar with that and thought we had to use a key to get in. A friendly neighbor happened by and explained it. All else was perfect.

Beautiful short trip to nature. Udo cared for us and his alpacas. Consciously no cuddling and hiking with the animals. Just the thing for us! Breakfast was excellent. The sauna and hot tub was a relaxing relief after a nice hike right from the front door. We will be happy to come back.

Great apartment to spend a weekend with friends and explore Koblenz. Perfect location right at the train station (when the windows are closed, you don't hear anything), supermarkets are right around the corner and you are quickly in the city center or on the Rhine.

Beautiful apartment with everything you need! The bus picks up right outside, and it’s only 20 minutes to the main train station. There are several stores within walking distance, and the kitchen is well equipped. The beds were comfortable. We enjoyed our stay and would come back again.

We felt comfortable in the apartment from the beginning. We arrived by car and were able to do a lot in the area. We arrived later than the specified check-in time, which was no problem at all. The apartment was ideal for the four of us adults, nicely decorated and also very clean. We used the common room with darts, billiards, foosball and table tennis well. The hot tub and fitness equipment in the apartment were also used! We were also able to use a washing machine upon request. The nearest shopping (Lidl) was about 12 minutes by car. Our excursion destinations were Eltz Castle, Geierlay Bridge, Moselschleife in Bremm with Volcanic Eifeltherm (about 40 min away) and Laacher See. The hosts Susanne and Andreas were very friendly and helpful and always easily accessible during the stay. Thank you for everything! :-)

Really nice clean place as described, dominik and dina are very responsive, friendly and helpful, the area was really quiet and helps shutting down from daily stress. Will definitely visit again!

Blerand was super friendly and showed/explained everything to us. The place is as described and very clean in itself. Unfortunately, the walls are a little thin, so you should stick to the quiet time. Everything tiptop. We would spend another weekend here:)
