quiet private peaceful comfortable. great restaurants near by and easy drive to any of the surroundings beaches! pool and hot tub very nice! upgraded appliances and garage was nice and had beach necessities that we didn't bring due to flying. property manager very nice and responsive.

Location was perfect! Beautiful sunsets, close to downtown. Pool is great. Comfortable beds. Franz was a great, responsive host. We would definitely stay again!

Amazing Stay – Clean Home, Warm Pool & Relaxing time! We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The house was spotless upon arrival, making us feel right at home from the start. The heated pool was perfect—warm and inviting, making it a highlight of our trip. The beautiful weather only added to our enjoyment, allowing us to make the most of the outdoor space. One of our favorite features (besides pool & hot tub) was the putting green—it was such a fun and unique touch! The host, Dan, was responsive and made everything seamless. We can’t wait to return for another relaxing getaway. Highly recommend!

This property worked well for 4-5 sleeping guests. Plenty of space and bathrooms. Siegfried was very responsive whenever we needed to call with questions. Once we found the home it was easy to access. Navigation directions for house address from airport were not correct so I recommend asking Siegfried for verbal directions in advance to compare with GPS. Plenty of restaurants and stores close by, however, it is a bit of a drive to Ft Myers. It was nice to have the pool and hot tub, although I would recommend asking for more specific instructions on heating panel. Recommend bringing beach/pool towels if more than 4 guests. The weather during our stay was a bit too cool to truly enjoy the outdoor space but it was lovely otherwise. Recommend Manatee Park if you are visiting during the manatee migration. Very cool! Edison and Ford Winter Estates were interesting too.

Great place right at the crux of Sanibel/Fort Myers beach. Excellent amenities and ample room for a large family. Views of the pond with fountain from the pool are a plus! Would absolutely recommend this spot!

5 Stars – A Beautiful and Relaxing Stay! Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful home with us! The house was spacious, well-equipped, and perfect for our family. The peaceful neighborhood and stunning views made it feel like a true getaway. Our son had a blast fishing off the dock, while we enjoyed relaxing by the pool. The host was incredibly responsive to all of our questions, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The only downside was that the fish weren’t biting, but that’s nature! Overall, we had an amazing time and would definitely recommend this home to others.

Highly recommend! We stayed for a week and had a great time. Place was exactly as shown and had everything we needed. Communication with hosts was easy and responsive. Spent lots of time at the pool. We liked the location with easy access to both Clam Pass and Lowdermilk beaches. Recommend catching a sunset. Lots of nearby restaurants and shopping needs. Would definitely go back!

This was a fantastic place to stay in Naples Park! From the moment we walked in it had a very soothing, serene, spa-like feel. Pristine inside and the pool, spa and patio are really special! We walked to the beach (beach chairs and umbrellas provided in the garage) and enjoyed that but were also happy to hang out in the backyard because it was so peaceful. Comfy beds and lots of closet space if you are an overpacker like me 😂. There is a Trader Joe’s, Publix and Whole Foods all within about a 5-minute drive, as well as many restaurants, so it was easy to eat in or go out. We liked Tacos and Tequila Cantina (casual) and Seasons 52 (a little more upscale). Also drove down to Old Naples for some favorites like the Dock and Grouper and Chips. This was a great place to stay for a family trip — my older parents and my husband and I all loved it and did not want to leave!

We had a fantastic stay in Cape Coral and the Villa was absolutely stunning and spacious, bright and very well equipped with everything you need. We also made very good use of the amazing heated pool, hot tub, and the pool table. We also enjoyed very much the outdoor terrace, with the dinning table and the outdoor TV. Brigitte is a fantastic host and was always attentive and quick to respond to any need we had. Thank you again for your great hospitality Brigitte. We felt very comfortable and had an amazing time at your villa and will definitely come back.

Great place to stay! It was a beautiful home with so much to do. We had a blast fishing! The spa and pool were very relaxing.

Beautiful house in a wonderful neighborhood…was great for a large family gathering! The house was well stocked and the pool area was great area to relax. Plenty of restaurants and things to do. Also close to a Publix, Walmart, and Sam’s club if you want to get things to make or grill. Very enjoyable stay!

We could not have asked for a better host with Heather. She was kind, accommodating and her home was clean, beautiful and exactly as described in the ad. My kids had a great time playing in the pool all weekend and loved the master bedroom being on the second floor as well as the loft area. Everything I needed to cook dinner a couple of nights, I found in the kitchen which was super convenient. We had several different beaches to choose from to visit that were close by and the traffic wasn’t bad in the area which was a nice surprise. It really felt like a home away from home. I definitely plan on visiting Cape Coral again next year and Heather’s place will be at the top of my list of accommodations!

We had a great stay at Villa Ocean Kiss! The house and grounds matched the photos and was very nice. It was very helpful to have all of the switches marked. The house, especially the kitchen, was very stocked. The house was clean, open and inviting. The house was also nicely decorated with nice furniture. The mattresses were comfortable. We also had more than what we needed for the pool and beach. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub almost daily and the tiki hut was an enjoyable spot to hang out. It was very quiet and we saw many birds plus other wildlife. We enjoyed walking in the neighborhood - seeing many burrowing owls was a nice surprise. We highly recommend this house!

We loved our stay at the Roelens Villa on the Lake. The pool and hot tub were clean and we had a great time swimming and playing. The house is beautiful and clean. We had a great trip and plan to stay here again.

We loved the outdoor living aspect of the lanai, the grill and seating poolside. I started the day with coffee out on the lanai, grilled out, went for a swim, lay out the sun and end with a last nighttime dip in the pool. I hardly wanted to go inside, it was so relaxing. We would rent this home again if we were in the area.

Newer construction house located in nice neighborhood. Clean and well kept.

Mike and Catherine were the perfect hosts and their home in Cape Coral was perfect for our stay with our children and grandchildren. The house has 3 separate wings, each with a bathroom so everyone has privacy. The kitchen is fully supplied with nice appliances. The poolside pool table was a fun nighttime activity for the grownups. The private pool added a sense of safety in the middle of the pandemic. The grandkids loved it. And Mike and Catherine were very responsive whenever we had a question or concern. We hope to return for another family vacation
