Waterfront vacation rentals in Sanibel

Great location, clean and exactly as the photos. I had difficulty getting into the room the first time because the lock tells you to use fingerprint but you need to slide down to activate the numbered key pad. Also very very important, they direct you to park on 3rd floor free parking, make sure you do!!!!! We got towed on 1st floor. We knew to park on 3rd but building employee told us it was fine to park anywhere, it’s not. Also after booking you are required to be verified by another 3rd party agency. I really wasn’t happy about it but it is required for insurance purposes. Air B&B is not sufficient. I would stay again. Location is amazing and very clean.

Absolutely great location, close to everything. And the WTC has a reputation of having great hosts, we were not disappointed.

This is a great condo in a high rise with a fantastic view. The private beach was a huge amenity that made enjoying the sunshine that much easier. Scott and his team responded quickly to any questions.

The condo is located on a beautiful inlet waterway. Sunsets over the water with the sun's reflection were amazing. You can see the Sanibel bridge from the grass and beach areas. If you enjoy sunrise, there's a great view from the top floor open walkway. The pool and surroundings are clean and inviting, there's ample parking, and plenty of restaurant/bars within a short walk. The main reason we chose this condo was the proximity to Sanibel, Ft Myers, and Ft Myer's beach. What a gem!!

Fell in love with this tiny beach town. The vibes were outstanding. I would certainly book here again!

Amazing Stay in Naples – Perfect Location & Incredible Amenities! We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this Airbnb in Naples, FL! The resort was top-notch, offering everything you could possibly need for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation. The pools were amazing—crystal clear, well-maintained, and perfect for lounging in the Florida sunshine. The property itself felt safe and secure, which gave us great peace of mind throughout our stay. The location couldn’t have been better! It was just minutes from fantastic shopping and delicious restaurants, making it super convenient to explore Naples. The accommodations were clean, comfortable, and private. If you're looking for the perfect getaway in Naples with a resort-style feel, excellent amenities, and a prime location, I highly recommend this Airbnb. I’ll definitely be coming back! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Great listing! Everything matched the description, Daysi was super attentive, she answered fast if we had a doubt about something. Room was great and clean, bed was comfortable, lake view was awesome. Excellent host and property.

What a Great place to stay. If You want to be in the middle of everything going on & be able to walk to everything then this is the place for You.

We had a great day. Party of kids and adults together. Everything we needed in the house. Mitch was super helpful every time he needed something I had a question. Defer consider if you’re going to stay in Cape Coral.

The place was perfect for us. It’s close enough to everything yet located in a peaceful area. Danny was responsive to any messages and proactive with information about the house.

This property was everything we hoped for and more! Sitting right on the canal, it offered such a peaceful and picturesque setting. We loved watching the boats come and go throughout the day—it added such a unique and relaxing touch to our stay. The house itself was spotless, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. But the real highlight? The amazing pool! It was absolutely perfect—crystal clear, the ideal temperature, and a fantastic place to unwind. We spent so much time enjoying it and soaking up the sun. We highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a perfect getaway. And if we’re ever in the area again, we would definitely stay here again!

This house was everything that we could have asked for. Unfortunately, we came when the weather was in the 50s but the heated pool and spa definitely made our time worth it. I was continuously impressed with the things this house offered. As a mom of 3, I’m already overwhelmed with the things I need to pack for my family. This house had it all. It included: beach toys, pool noodles, mini paddle boards, a pack and play (I believe, I didn’t look too closely), a beach bag, bikes, a high chair, umbrella, etc., everything you need to stay here! In addition to the wide variety of items, the hosts were very responsive. The only thing I did not enjoy was the firmness of the king bed but I also know that’s something you can’t win with everyone. I also would have appreciated a carbon monoxide detector but we ended up bringing our own. I would still choose to stay here aside from that :) My kids loved the “pool house.” We hope to be back again!

This place was perfect to launch a kayak to a beautiful mangrove filled area. Great fishing spots nearby. The house is all recently redone and very clean with everything we needed. We were more than happy with the spot! Oh, and we saw dolphins daily, and manatees frequently.

Susan’s place was everything and more than we expected. Great amenities and dock area to hang out with a big group. Ubering to and from the city was no problem. The kitchen was very nice and easy to use. Very responsive host with answers to our questions about the pool and hot tub.

We really enjoyed our stay at your home. The view of the pool and the channel was beautiful. We really enjoyed having the pool available. The pool furniture could use an update since they had some rust on them and in one case the leg of one of them was rusted thru (which I understand from the host have since been replaced). The kitchen was well stocked with everything to be able to cook there. The bedrooms and bathrooms were comfortable and welcoming. The location was perfect and close to many restaurants near by.

Amy’s condo is darling. It was super clean which is really important to me. It was well supplied. Bedding was comfortable. Thoughtful extras were provided like beach towels and chairs, laundry soap, plenty of kitchen soap, etc. Her porch deck is screened and patio furniture was comfortable. We spent a lot of time on the deck overlooking the harbor of boats. Make sure you go to the main entrance off Burnt Store Rd. to get into the gated community when you check in. We went to the entrance GPS led us to and it’s not accessible at night when our flight arrived. Nice pool, friendly people, next door is a store and a fun restaurant with good food, live music, bingo night, etc. Music from the restaurant can be heard from Amy’s deck but it ends by 9:00. It was a wonderful stay and we would highly recommend it.

The resort was absolutely gorgeous and everything I could have asked for and so much more. Mother Nature was not our friend however the staff helped with any of the uncontrollable situations handed to us ALL this past week. My mom and I loved it so much we looked into the real-estate listings. I can’t wait to come back when it’s not in the beginning of hurricane season and get a dry look around. With that being said, this resort has a fantastic beach for shelling and amazing views. Even the dolphins came to swim close to the shore. 10 out of 10, can’t wait to sea you again!!

We LOVED our stay. It was so peaceful and the view from the balcony was magical. The care/communication was top notch! Highly recommend!

This place is great!! Safe and comfortable with a fantastic location for fishing. It is right on the water and a minute walk from the dock to be picked up by your boat. Just amazing! For the price, you will not find a better spot in this area.

Wonderful unit -- even better than the photos! Recently updated, clean and spotless. The private terrace was perfect for nighttime cocktails after our son went to bed. Love that the unit provided some baby amenities such as a high chair! And the host was very responsive leading up to our booking and was available via text for any questions that came up. Highly recommend!

Lauren has done up the place very well and having beach towels and beach chairs really helped us. The place is clean and the view from the balcony overlooking the water body is gorgeous. Having a pull out sofa in the living area is an added bonus. The best part is that good eateries and a grocery store are walking distance from the apartment. Lauren is extremely responsive and helped us whenever we needed it. We would certainly like to stay here again if we visit Naples.

Staying at Juanita’s place was wonderful. Got to see the sunrise every morning and rode my bike to the beach everyday! I highly recommend staying in the condo as the neighbors were so lovely. In addition the pool was wonderful at the end of each day!

Lisa and Chris were great. We were left abandoned by another hoist the day we arrived and Lisa and Chris responded right away and helped make our vacation awesome. The place was great and the community was very nice...They are responsive and they will have us as returning renters again in the future......Thank you
