Renovated pool and lanai and interior! This 3 bed/4 bath home is on the nicest canal in Cape Coral with gorgeous views. The pool, tiki hut and docks have full sun all day. Each bedroom has a private bath & there's a 2 pc powder room off the laundry. The primary has a king bed & walkout to pool. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed & ensuite pool access. Location! Location! This apartment is close distance to Deli, restaurants and supermarket . The house faces the canal with breathtaking views we have cameras facing the canal and pool area in order to protect guests from any small animals that might be around. The apartment is attached to the main house with one bedroom one bathroom living room and a functional full kitchen in the Lanai area Is only for 2 persons. No children allowed.
