Vacation rentals with lake access in Sandpoint

Just wow! ❤️ We’ve been renting thru Airbnb for years and this might be the fav! The home is gorgeous, the view is gorgeous. Short drive after picking up my son at Gonzaga, the adult kids loved having the basement space, kitchenette and living room down there. There are two bedrooms on that level with twins, a twin room and queen room on the main level, and a king upstairs. Everything felt so clean, plenty of nice towels, cozy blankets, more than adequate cookware, including two crockpots. The large windows with lake views are incredible. Lots of toys downstairs as well, and a propane grill. We loved watching the geese and ducks, and saw turkeys and deer. Listened to the frogs in the pond at night. We picked up whiffle ball sets at WalMart and the kids had a blast playing on the lawn. Never saw a neighbor the whole time, it really feels private. Good communication with host. Would easily stay here again. This was the perfect place to stay for a long weekend ski trip to Schweitzer. Ann was so friendly and kind, and extremely easy to communicate with. This home is lovely and has so much space and entertainment. We had a great time staying here!

I highly recommend this place for a family vacation or a vacation with friends. The owner is hospitable, always in touch. The house corresponds to the description, there is everything you need to cook and live. Many different games and table tennis on the lower level of the house are an excellent solution. Thank you, I highly recommend it.

We have a large family and every year we get together between Christmas and new years. This was the perfect house. It’s in a neighborhood but plenty of privacy. There are so many cool features about the house that make it such a unique experience. It’s equipped with everything you could need. It’s clean and well cared for. You can tell the owners built the house with tons of thought and care…it feels like home from the minute you open the door.

This is our second time staying here and it’s our favorite place in the area! Comfortable, beautiful, clean, and all of the amenities you could want. It perfectly housed our family and my brothers. We loved the fire pit in the chilly evenings, soaking in the hot tub, paddle boarding (we appreciated the use of two extra paddle boards provided by our hosts), and the close proximity to Sandpoint shopping and dining.

Second time at this place, fantastic as usual. Great for big groups, and Alyce was super response. Would highly recommend!

We had a girls weekend getaway in Sandpoint. This was the perfect location with restaurants and cute shops all within walking distance. And, it was so spacious in the accommodation—room to spread out and relax in different spaces. As others have mentioned in reviews, there’s noise from trains and from cars in front of the building, and a little bit of light music coming from the restaurant downstairs. Nothing that bothered us or would keep us from wanting to stay here again. All in all, a great place to stay and tastefully renovated old building.

Roberta is definitely the sweetest and most accommodating host I’ve ever had!!! She was a joy to communicate with and went the extra mile to help make our wedding weekend the best it could be❤️ Twin Lakes Village is a super cool place to explore and golf. We highly recommend booking a stay here.

Great space, excellent host! We had a wonderful family spring skiing trip, playing in the snow in the AM and soaking in the hot tub in the PM. Bath robes and extra towels were provided, which was very useful and thoughtful. Having the washer/dryer in the unit helped greatly to dry wet gear after hitting the slopes. There were plenty of great board games for us to enjoy. Both main bed and sofa beds are very comfortable, and the neighborhood is very quiet. Joey is friendly and was always very quick to respond to our messages. Highly recommend staying here!

Everything was perfect for a lake retreat. The kitchen had everything we needed for meals together, there were many board games and video games to occupy our time. The location was quiet; we could nap perfectly. The lake was just across the street - so close! We went ice fishing each day and enjoyed the snowstorm. We loved this cabin very much.

While our trip was quick and our weekend filled mostly with basketball games for a tournament we were pleased to have such a wonderful and relaxing place to stay for the long weekend. The lake and scenery were beautiful and the house was perfect for our group. The home is older, but everything was very clean and put together - making our stay seamless and relaxing.

All in all a great place to stay, had everything we needed for a weekend of disc golf. Very peacefull and quite place to stay if your looking to just get away. Will definitely use it again.

Jolene's cabin is an amazing place. The lake is so close views are amazing. Jolene is very kind and responsive to your needs. I recommend highly staying here. look forward to staying again.

Pretty easy to find. Very easy to get in. Jack was kind enough to send me a nighttime photo of the driveway so I would see how it looked after dark. Everything worked out very easily

Had a great stay at Dover. The house is supplied with all kinds of necessities. The big backyard made bringing my dog with me very easy and the location has such great walking trails.

Mike is a terrific host—thorough and clear w instructions, proactive, friendly—and his place suited our needs beautifully (convenient to Schweitzer ski resort, which exceeded our expectations!) :) A truly memorable mid-winter ski break w my 17 yr-old twins thanks in large part to Mike and his wonderful accommodations!

My wife and I stayed here for our anniversary. Floatie beat all expectations. We would wake up each morning and sit on the comfortable chairs on the dock to watch the sun rise over the mountains which surrounded the beautifully calm water on the lake. Each day we would use our paddle boards to go out in the lake for relief from the heat of the day. There was no A/C, but the lake and Dawns tips helped to significantly manage the heat. I can’t wait to go back to Bayview! I’d recommend this to anyone who wants to have an amazingly peaceful stay somewhere in nature. Thanks Dawn!
