Vacation rentals with a hot tub in San Tan Valley

Chris and Cameron were incredibly kind and friendly. My flight home had the possibility to get canceled and when I sent them a question about being able to extend our stay they responded quicker than some of my best friends when I text them. The house is beautiful, the ONLY thing I can say is that I wish the walls and floors were a bit cleaner. That just took away a bit of the beauty of the house for me. The beds were comfortable the couch is super snuggly & the backyard is nice and roomy- really nice for enjoying the beautiful weather we had this week. I would absolutely stay at any of Chris and Cameron’s properties again when we come back!! Thank you so much for having us.

This place was just perfect for my family and I. It was just as described plus more! From the warm backyard pool to the hot tub, fire pit, outdoor tv and lounge area, there was everything you could possibly need for a great time. The kids loved the indoor game room, and I loved the decor! This house was fantastic and felt right at home.

Travis is a super host and his place is absolutely amazing. Location, amenities and the layout are awesome. Very clean, fully stocked kitchen and lots of extra towels. A very beautiful and well maintained home. Travis was very very responsive and although we didn’t have any big issues, we asked a couple of questions and he responded immediately. At one point we even thought his Ninja mixer was broken and he ordered another one immediately but we realized it was not broken and thankfully he cancelled it. Just goes to say how far he will go to make your stay nice and problem free 5 star++ for sure! Thanks a lot Travis. When we are back, we will definitely be in touch. Alan

Our family had a great time at your place! Everything was perfect. We loved everything about the place, especially the backyard paradise! We liked it so much we extended our trip! Thank you so much for helping us have a wonderful family vacation. We will be back.

We have rented a lot of different places but this home was above and beyond! It felt like home. The house, grounds and pool were pristine. Toni has many additional amenities that we were not expecting. Such as plenty of very nice, large pool towels and pool noodles. Extra oversized plush bathrobes were a nice touch! The kitchen was simply the best stocked kitchen I have ever had in a rental. Matching dinner ware, glasses, etc. as well as plastic items for outside by the pool. The pots and pans were stainlesss steel. Not cheap, flimsy stuff. It also had a Ninja blender, a mixer that I utilized when making homemade lemon bars from fresh lemons! Very comfortable bedrooms and huge bathrooms! Perfect location close to a grocery store, restaurants and easy to get to. Quiet neighborhood. We are looking forward to returning next year! Toni and her co-hosts were extremely responsive. If we could give more than 5 stars we would! Thank you for sharing your piece of paradise!

All of us agreed that we had an enjoyable time at Calin’s Place. The home was well equipped. The only disappointment for most was the pool was not heated. It was like a cold plunge. The outdoor spa was enjoyed though and that was heated.

We are a family of 6 with 4 grown teenagers and this place was perfect for us. Beautiful big house with room to spare, big kitchen, nice beds. The backyard is huge - big hot tub, nice pool. Had a couple of small issues and they were taken care of right away. Great location with access to old town - seems to be centrally located so we could reach anywhere we wanted to go via freeways in 25 minutes at the most. I would not hesitate to book this place if you are heading to Phoenix - you won’t be disappointed.

Melissa was a wonderful host and her place was lovely. It was in a private location and the place was clean and beautifully decorated.

This house was way bigger than we expected! It was clean and smelled really clean when we walked in. It had most everything we needed and fit my family of 10. We had quick responses from host on the few things we needed. Beds were soft & we thought they were extremely comfortable. There were a few minor things that needed fixed or touched up but none of it affected us directly. The outside area was a huge plus it was a relaxing sitting outside we really enjoyed that part of the property. All in all it was a great stay and if I ever go back this way with a large group I would definitely stay here.

Amazing place to stay. Had everything we needed and more. We couldn’t believe how peaceful it was and how beautiful the views were. Would definitely stay there again.

The property itself was beautiful in every way, from the curb appeal, the exterior design, the unique artwork on the interior, the tiled flooring, the huge master suite, to the roominess throughout the floor plan. Just a very special home that was the ultimate in comfort and so full of special amenities. I haven’t even gotten to the 5 star landscaping that graces the front yard and extends to the back. The huge pool and spa, the waterfall feature, and the lemon and orange trees, along with gorgeous plants and palm trees decorate the backyard paradise. The huge brick patio that wraps around the entire rear of the house is simply amazing. I will definitely book this, or one of the other properties that Barbara and her team feature, the next time we travel to the Scottsdale area. This vacation home was the most remarkable I’ve ever booked. Don’t pass up the opportunity to include this property in your future plans if traveling to the area. You will be amazed just as we were.

Our stay at Lance's place was great. We will recommend it to others and would stay there again. Lance was very responsive and friendly. The only issue Lance should know was that a couple of light's (outdoor garage and one inside) were out. Everything else was awesome!

Beautiful place with great views. Pool and hot tub were perfect. Place was super clean and in very convenient location to restaurants and shopping.

The house felt like home! Everything we needed and more was available to us. Simply stopped for groceries and moved in for the week! Every room is beautifully appointed and very comfortable. Had the very best week!

This place was very nice , a lot of different activities. When we had an issue, they came right away to fix the issue. My family really enjoyed the hot tub and look forward to renting there again
